Great atmosphere with river view and sea view. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Lots of trees and natural surroundings. There are 2 private swimming pools. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can sit and enjoy breakfast with a sea view. The hotel offers a variety of activities at a reasonable price. There is a private beach and free shuttle service. In the evening, the hotel offers a firefly tour, but unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't go. Overall, it's a great place to stay and very impressive. Worth the price.

Great service, all staff speak fluently. The hotel has many zones, and my favorite is the hotel soap, which smells very good and natural. It's quiet, shady, and the air is good. Overall, it is considered good. The rooms are clean, even though they are designed in a forest style and have been open for a long time. The beds are soft, and the breakfast is delicious. The amount of food is adequate, and the quality of the food is good. The view from the dining room is beautiful, although it is not by the sea but by a canal. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The staff is welcoming, and there are suitable activities within the accommodation. It is suitable for families and couples who like peace and quiet. As for the areas that need improvement, the rooms can have insects entering due to the abundance of trees, and the doors are not tightly closed. The accommodation has animals like geckos or worms that are as long as a finger, crawling in from the door gap. I found two of them and had to find a way to close the door gap. It was quite scary and unsettling. Also, the bathtub should be cleaned regularly. It can be used, but there are stains that make it look unclean. Additionally, it would be good to provide shampoo.

Returning to stay here again after several years of absence. Normally, I come to Koh Chang to stay here all the time, almost every year, because I wanted to try other accommodations on Koh Chang. In the end, I want to say that the cleanliness here is excellent. I was disappointed with two hotels that had a musty smell, so I had to hold my breath to sleep. But here, it is clean. Even though the hotel is not very new, the children like the bathtub in the room and the large central pool. The breakfast is up to standard and has everything that should be there. However, what could be improved is the service of the welcoming staff. It is not up to standard. They never greeted us, whether we arrived or left, and there was no thank you when we arrived. My child and I went to check-in, and the front desk staff said, "Are you bringing all of this stuff with you?" We were standing there (my husband was taking the luggage down). If you want to know the number of guests, you can use other words. When we checked out, they just said, "Your room is checked out." That's it. Maybe the staff is new and not very attentive.

The employees are lovely and there is a cat who acts like a baby and provides attentive service. The breakfast is a bit lacking (no bacon) and the rooms have a river view but are not very private. You can see the opposite shore while soaking in the tub. The accommodation is Balinese-style and they are friendly towards cats. I like this aspect.
