All the staff are kind, nice and polite, friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. We booked a regular room and it is a big room 55sqm. We stayed here to celebrate Chinese New year. January 30,2022 Mr. Ho help us on our luggage. He is so helpful. Ms. Sally in check in counter is kind. All the room service attendants namely Christopher, Sunny 33731, Jun Staff No. 26264, and Eric help us clean our room. We are still here and we will check out on Feb 3,2022. Our stay here is absolutely amazing. We are all satisfied. The lakeview is amazing and refreshing We saw fireworks

it’s our first time to try the hotel, and from doorman to front desk staff, everyone is very welcoming. Sally from the Front desk assisted us since we’re first timers. she explained the facilities, check out time and considered that i have a kid with me. from checking in to checking out everything was smooth. location is very helpful too as it’s nearby to almost anything you need. will definitely come back and experience again Altria.

Staff were very accommodating and nice! Facilities are great. Was provided early check in but in smoking area. Nonetheless it was worth it. View in the morning and bath tub is superb. I just hope nextime have bubble bath soap would have been nice 🤣

The hotel is fantastic. Everything from the check-in process to the amenities are well thought off. A staff member escorted me to the room after the check-in and showed me how to navigate different devices in the room. The room is spacious, and I love how large the tub is. There's also a TV screen in the bathroom's mirror.
