Pictures belong to other hotels owned by them so you think you have something but you don’t. No wifi, no parking no beach no lounge …..

A hotel that wants to be a 5-star”

Great location although parking is a challenge but free. Staff is responsive however not always attentative. The hotels wants to be 5 star but falls short on services. My main complaint is that we arrived in middle of a heat wave, it would have been nice to have water in the room... That said I would give it another chance and stay there again as the view is spectacular!

Really poor value for money”

We stayed at the hotel in December and price was not as high but it's not worth even with low price. At first we checked in a plain room and it was as small as a boat room. The bathroom wasn't more that 4 square meters. We paid more to get to a bigger room but it wasn't much better anyway. The only thing that's worth it is the amazing view and the location. The rooms are really poor. The tv was 15 inches (in 2019!!!), the beds didn't have a headboard, which I have never seen in any hotel I have stayed! The mattress was of low quality and there was a sense of stinging in everything. There wasn't even a second soap in the bath essentials. It was a very disappointing experience. I really can't understand how this is a 5-star hotel and why it's so expensive!!!

Paid too much for this room ”

Good position, lovely staff and beautiful views however the poor water pressure made showering almost impossible. Terrible internet requiring excessive Re-entering of password. Breakfast only average. 3+ Star accomodation at 320€ a night. Agoda got me on this one !

Great view and location”

Amazing view with the best location. Staff was very attentive and great breakfast. Rooms lacked though details such as headboards for bed and television was almost non-existent. (Very small ) and lastly in bathroom there was no place to hang bath towels or robes.

Its the 2nd best hotel in Nafplion”

Hotel could have been perfect if there was a biggest veriety in its breakfast which was quite poor. Location was perfect and the view from the room was amazing.

A superb 4 stars Hotel in a great and Historic area of Greece. Calm and peaceful place with an extraordinary overwhelming personal stuff.

Precioso lugar. Hotel confortable con vistas excelentes. Personal encantador. Francamente recomendable para conocer una de las ciudades mas bonitas de Grecia.

Almost perfect”

Good location - near “action” of the old town but not in the middle of all the “noise”. We received a free upgrade to half board and excellent service. Insider tipp: Go for a swim in the morning to the old lido, an abandoned open air seawater pool, just around the corner instead of the Pool at the Nafplia Palace.

Πανακριβο για αυτο που προσφερει”

Δεν λειτουργουσαν βασικες παροχες οπως το τηλεφωνο στο δωματιο και το wifi στο δωματιο ανυπαρκτο. Παρολα τα παραπονα δεν εγινε καμμια αποκατασταση. Απαραδεκτη εικονα για πενταστερο αλλα και για την τιμη του. Δεν θα το προτεινα.
