Awesome Resort, best location in Flic and Flac! ”
Our room had a clear view of the blue sea! Waking up to the sound of the water was therapeutic to say the least. The resort has a nice infinity pool and more importantly, lovely sea view rooms. The food served was world class and staff were very courteous. I would highly recommend Anelia to all !

Lovely place, but mediocre food”
Beautiful place by the sea. Great room. The food was not very good. And very unhygienic with birds eating directly from the bread buffet. Beach and activities was great. Good value for money.

We find the hotel very good as for 4 star. The room was very good, well equipped, sea view. The food in the restaurant was good, enough options to choose from Indian to European food. The views and infinity views are very good. We recommend this hotel half board.

Good overall and room for improvements ”
Staff friendly but sometime lacking attention to small details.Indians from India were eating with hands at the dining table when cutlery has been supplied which lowered the standard of the resort immediately. Administration slow to act on report regarding shower drain and odour .Choice of desserts poor and popular ice cream only served once a week.Entertainment in the evening needs improvement and appropriate dining music needs improvement at breakfast and dinner. Activities board should be displayed at entrance to reception or /and on TV in room.Guide to taxi fares would be welcomed. Table mats would be more appropriate than full dining table cover as it clashes with the seaside theme.Choice of fruits for breakfast should be improved and bacon quite often overcooked. Comments made are minor improvements to be on par with other resorts on island.

Decent location however would have preferred to be closer to the main beach however still walking distance. Good staff and accommodation. Not really luxury accommodation but everything was clean and reasonably well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Good value for money.

Our first room had an interleading door I don’t think there are properly sound proofed was terribly noisy and cause some problems. We moved to another room was much better

Staff and check-in issues”
Had a challenge with the check-in as what was advertised through Agoda and what was received as confirmation by the resort did not reconcile. Took a day to get sorted…should be a much more integrated system of working if customers are booking online. Also had a problem with a young staff member the 2nd night of our visit. She had a terrible attitude was very unwilling to serve us and totally unfriendly.

An ok hotel as far as food and amenities go. Check in is slow and painful - was asked to mail my reservation/payment confirmation twice and she eventually found the reservation?! Agoda states sea facing - got the last room at the back of the hotel far from everywhere and a tiny ocean view. Supervisor of front desk also doesn’t know the difference between sea facing and sea view however did change the room after I complained that this is not what I booked and paid for. Was only able to occupy my room one and a half hours after check in time despite the fact I arrived a couple of hours before 2pm. Food ok but wait staff very good. No beach or ocean swimming - pics misleading. Would not go back or recommend.

Bad management ”
Thé hôtel itself was ok but I have experienced the worse management ever in a hotel. We had to change room 3 time because of aircon issues and with limited help and customer service. In these instance you would upgrade the clients and we even got a worse room .... each time we were told that management would talk to us and it only happened 48 jours later when we decided to leave as we were not happy at all. At that point we were given an upgrade but it was simply too late. We agreed reimbursement of the last nights and even then I had to battle it upon my return as he manager has not done what was promised ..... this was the worse experience I ever in a hotel and I travel 30%of my time.

Terrible hotel”
The service was really poor from check in right through to the staff. Quite clearly all in dire need of training. Our room was dirty. Had to request additional towels more than once before receiving them. No sleep for 3 night as people in room 315 were fighting screaming shouting and bashing things around til 0200 in the morning. Food was really poor for an island destination and we supposedly paid 20% of the cost as a special. Well if we had paid full amount we would definitely be requesting a full refund
