To be honest, we were more happy with other small 2-3 stars hotels around. Check inn took looong, cleaning was good, but they took dirty towels and forgot to leave clean ones ... twice. Pool is very nice , breakfast is ok, rooms are big but need some paint and repairs
We didn't have a great start of holidays, because apparently there had been a problem with our reservation. We had paid for a room with Sea view (Agoda's Easter promotion) and were given something completely different. According to the staff, it's not the first time that something like this happens. However, they put us on a much better room the day after, which made a huge difference. The resort is gorgeous and you'll have a great view of the sea from the main restaurant, bar and pool area. The staff is very friendly and they will always try to make sure you have everything you need (even though the service can be a tad slow at times, especially in the evening at the bar). The food selection during breakfast and dinner is quite satisfactory and varied. One thing to keep in mind (but I believe this depends on the season) is that there are lots of swallows and some of them build their nests in the corridors next to the rooms (it can be noisy at 4am).
Non vale la spesa, arrivati in camera c'era un odore tremendo di fogna e chiamata la reception sono dovuta salire dopo 40 minuti perché ancora non era arrivato nessuno. Al mio sollecito personale scocciato e scortese mi è toccato arrabbiarmi per farli venire. Arrivati in camera hanno tappato un buco in bagno col silicone. Pulizia della camera pessima, pulivano solo il bagno per terrà mai la camera. Cibo ripetitivo e base niente di speciale. Per essere un hotel con SPA mi aspettavo di più. Area mare poco curata e molto affollata piscina non c'era mai posto. Assurdo chiedere caparra per asciugamani in un albergo del genere, e 4€ per una bottiglia di acqua gassata veramente troppo.

“Assigned wrong room type”
Room was ok with a nice big balcony, but it wasn’t the room we purchased (superior double sea view) - which was to have the nicer bathroom with a tub. Ours was side view with no tub, and smelled of heavy must that was covered up with heavy men’s cologne smell. We got half board with our package by chance, which was a nice perk but we only used twice total once for dinner and next just for some desserts and wine as the food was not good in our opinion considering how incredible Greek food on this island is, it felt like waste of holiday to eat meals here despite it being included and a nice view. Recommend just having wine there, dinner service was nice and friendly though when we were there. The “entertainment” ended early every night we were there, probably because the crowd was pretty lame duck but still best to at least just set up speakers and play music so those who want to stay up and chat can do so instead of forced to go to bed at *** on holiday as this hotel is out of the way and not walking distance to anything else. Maybe 3.5 star? Perhaps just my room, but pay €***/night fee for 5* makes me feel the need to point out it isn’t in the realm of 5* status. Cant recommend, won’t return.
