I never expected the location to be that close to the famous hotels & casinos. We were so happy to have stayed there, staffs were very helpful and accommodating specially when we were about to depart to HK, they really helped us get a cab. It provided complete toiletries and the property & rooms we used were also very clean. I remember there was a water dispense provided at the lobby for the guests.

We stayed there for a night and our family had a very pleasant experience. The two female staffs gladly assisted us with all our requests like calling a taxi and teaching us what to ride on. They have a free service water dispenser in all floors that you can refill from which wad very helful to us.

Worth the money. One of the cheapest hotels in Taipa you can find. Amazing location. Easy access to Buses, Taxis, Restaurants and very safe at night as well.

It's very good choice with reasonable price. Rooms are not big, but tidy enough. Around this hotel, there are many places to eat and drink. Walking distance to all casinos and big hotels. Staffs are not over friendly but helpful enough.

Is my 1st time go macao and went with my mom. We stayed from 29/10/19- 31/10/19 at 2nd floor. The shower area is really small and hot shower is not functional like those at other hotel.. need some time only becomes hot and water power can be becomes slower and water temperature also will drop although turn to left (supposed to be hot). Won manage to get warm water for shower and turn to cold very fast after turn to right. If you expecting good room size then it might not suit you. The sound proof also no good so those easily awake by sound might don like here...

Good for solo traveller”
The hotel location is good but probably difficult to reach for travellers who have large luggage. There is a travelling system (moving walkway), very close to the hotel for travelling between the hotel and The Venetian Macao. My room is small. But it fits for one person. So it is a good choice for solo travellers. The staffs were helpful, some of them were not good at English, though. But they had clever ways to communicate with their guests.

Everything was fine. The room is small but fits for a single traveller whose body shape is not too tall or too large. And please be prepared a deposit of MOP$200 cash per a room.

The hotel is conveniently located near Old Taipa's numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. The rates are pocket friendly and the staff are really helpful. The rooms are basic, but with firm (maybe a bit hard for some) mattresses and well laundered bed linen. They could be cleaner, though. Maybe wash the duvets, pillows and curtains. I was also worried that the fabric on the headboard wasn't quite clean- it smelled a little musty. Our room (307) was also infested with cockroaches, and the AC made this shrill noise throughout. On the bright side, the staff allowed me to check out a few rooms before settling on the one I felt was best for us. Similarly, the check in and check out process was painless. I would recommend the place to those travelling to Macau on a shoestring budget.
