I booked the family room for 5 people to stay via Agoda, and I got an exciting discount from Agoda, which was much cheaper. But the parking lot was big. The room was two connected rooms with all the necessary amenities—a good internet connection and very cool Mitsubishi air conditioners. The beds were also smooth, and the water closet room was big, connecting 2 rooms. The only disadvantage is that this hotel is established in a narrow lane far from the main road. As a result, there are always traffic jams.

Nice little hotel tucked in the back streets. Not much around the hotel so suggest hiring a scooter if you haven't got a car. Big shopping mall 15 minutes walk away.

Highly recommend this very pleasant place. Good sized room, good WiFi, nice staff and a big plus....English food! The only downside is the small sois that need to be navigated to find it, so a SatNav would be advisable.

Comfortable and Very nice Designed Hotel ”
I stayed here several nights and came back after a short visit ad stayat AMARI **** in Bangkok . And what can i say . I liked this room much more than the room in the well renowned Hotel in Bangkok. The Design is modern and but not crazy modern so all is designed to make you feel very comfortable. the Balcony with the look to fields outside the very comfy bed and matres adjustable aircon . All thinks that u don´ t have at Amari Htl even their price ist 2 to 4 or 5 times higher depending on season. The only slight drawback is the location - its located in a kind of backwarded village of KORAT but with a Navigation it´s quite easy to find. and although its just bout 1,3 km from Terminal 21 Mall its bit like a labyrinth to go there through that little village. I had a hotel in Center too for similar price but if Baan Issara is available for a kind of Promo Price below 20 US$ incl Tax i would always choose Baan Issara an even though the pool is not really big too .

We stayed in the two storey town house. Rooms were basic but clean. Lots of space downstairs with provided microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Beds were very firm and not comfortable. The property has a very nice small swimming pool but no sun loungers or space to spread out. Staff are very polite and professional. The location is behind the Mall in a small soi which is a little tight for larger vehicles. Overall, a good place to stay in Korat that doesnt break the bank and if you require a swimming pool.

The location looks near the center of city, but if wanna find out the hotel, need drive in very narrow and dirty road . And many these kind of road closed, I called hotel to ask someone guide us to the hotel, but answer is they no person can do this. Then I went the many wrong way. Attitude very bad cause many thing they think not belong to them and you must handle by yourself

A little ways out but what a great place! ”
I was a little skeptical when I saw the pictures of the hotel on agoda. The pictures do not do this place justice at all everything about this hotel is very appealing from the outside to the inside very well maintained and very clean I would recommend it 100% and will definitely stay again. The only drawback is it’s a little far from the city center.

Hotel is great very clean and big rooms. The hotel looks as if it has just been built I highly recommend it. The price is great as well. Only negative this is that it’s a little far out but if you have your own transportation the distance is not a problem at all. I have a motorcycle so Location was not a problem for me. But beware of police check points at night conducting DUI enforcement and they are serious about it now days .

It's located near The mall shopping center. However, it is quite difficult to access due to small road and dark at night. The hotel is new and well decorate. Staff is good and helpful. Surround area is quiet and look countryside although it is located in the city.

Good value for money, clean and comfort”
I have a business meeting nearby this area and tag along my family with 3.5 years old child. There is a mall "Terminal 21" closed by and packed with many restaurants and playpark for kids. There are no other facilities for guests to enjoy as described and expected. This is only good for a clean, comfort and safe room to stay with good breakfast included. The price offered is considered very good value and reasonable..

I came with my kids. They should have placed family suit at level 1 as they should expect we have more luggages. However, it is at level 3. However, the staff there is nice enough to carry it for us up the stair as there isnt any lift without even asking for tip. Room is big and clean which I find it is very value for money. Near 2 major shopping mall with 5 min drive. No buffet for breakfast but they cooked those type of 1 dish food when you arrived so it is piping hot. Nice breakfast even lack of variery.

Nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel is closed to The Mall shopping and department store. However, it's difficult to access because of narrow street. Therefore, it is not recommend to arrive the hotel at night as it is very dark and you may lost. It is clean and new surrounded by nice atmosphere. All staff is very friendly and supportive.

Very good value for the money. There were comments about the road and although was small I did not have difficulty finding the motel. One drawback is the beds are definitely made for Thai people and therefore they are quite stiff. Other than the staff bed and a little bit of a sore back I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Everything good but very hard to find”
We had a family room. It comprised a large sitting/dining room with a mini kitchen plus a balcony, in addition to a large bedroom with 2 king size beds. The bathroom is very good also. The property is particularly appropriate if one is staying for several days. However, it is in the back blocks, down very narrow streets and is difficult to find at night. Now that we have worked out how to get there we will almost certainly stay again.

Nice place - hard beds.”
The place is nice and new. My biggest complaint would be that the beds were too hard for Foreign backs. It was a bit difficult to find and out of the way - but we were driving so it was fine. Because it was out a bit - it was very quiet. They had a nice pool and my girls had a great time. They had no glass or ice for my beer, but it was OK. Aside from a few very minor issues, this was a great place to stay. Regardless of the minor issues, I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will very likely return.
