"I will comment why I give low stars. Not much facilities offered for a resort. Resort's surrounding is still underdeveloped. Not much you can enjoy from lake. If resort's surrounding is well developed then I believe there are many things to enjoy. There is a slope near lake, this is a potential spot I think, but you can't find anything there, not even access. There is no event regarding lake (while you name a resort with "lake"). I give value for money 3 stars because if it is compared to facilities, not much you can enjoy. Positive sides, excellent staff. They are very friendly and polite. Food is good but doesn't offer much variation."

"Location: Very strategic. Located at the city center, very close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Room: Spacious, clean, AC working well, well illuminated , nearly complete facilities (minus cooler/mini fridge), complete amenities, soft and comfortable "extra bed", TV channel is good, but difficult to navigate. Btw the walls isn't soundproof enough. Swimming pool: Clean, next to the cafe, children's pool available. The water is really cold and the wind at 8th floor makes it colder once you are out of water. The pool size is not too big, easily get overwhelmed by crowd at weekend. Parking: Plenty along the floor, always got one. The only setback is the passageway is very narrow. Lots of marks from the walls scratched by vehicles here and there, so you have to be extra careful. Lifts / Elevators: 4 are available. Direct access to parking place. Very convenient. Breakfast: This is the part of this hotel for me. The breakfast is very varied. Bread, sandwiches, dimsum, sushi, porridge, buffets, smoothies, puddings, crackers, and others are available for breakfast. Very spacious dining room but easily filled with crowd after 8a.m. Service: All staff are very friendly and helpful. sending our gratitude to the management, especially Mr. Aldis, for providing us complementary service to our family. We are very pleased and satisfied spending vacation this time at this hotel. Definitely, will stay here again in another vacation :)"

"There are not many good hotels in Bogor which is why this place is always fully booked. Its not a new hotel but its the best of the bogor hotels so i wouldn't look any further than here. Nice pool, some of the best restaurants in Bogor and if you like Golf it has a great course attached to it. Would recommend"

"Held my wedding at 101 Djoeragan Restaurant. it was such an awesome experience! 1. The F&B team were very helpful and efficient in attending to your needs. Main person that I liaised with was Andri. he has passion for his job, and he prioritize his client's need. Very reasonable and great person to work with, he helped to ease much burden from my shoulder as the bride! 2. The food at the restaurant is awesome. the guests love it. The fact that the indonesian guests love the food, it means the food are really good. highly recommended! 3. Room and service is good. my room was messy because my relatives had to use it during the day. yet the hotel keeps reminding us to call them for cleaning service because they know we, the newlyweds, would need it to rest at night. very thoughtful! all in all, i give 10/10 to 101 Suryakencana. I am originally from Bogor so Im very proud to know that my city has such good quality hotel for guests to stay. Location wise, this is the best spot in town to enjoy the Bogor culinary as it is walking distance to Gang aut and Pasar Kesatuan. even my overseas guests keep telling me they would love to come back to Bogor and explore sime more! "Located in the exclusive residence and golf course area of Rancamaya, R Hotel is located a bit far from the city business, but finally be able to see why Hotel has been sustaining as one of the great hotel in Bogor. We highly believe it is the level of services that we continuously deliver to the guest. Fast, Responsive, Kind & Thoughtfully Full of Smiles, even to the shopkeeper of the mini market is so kind. The supporting facilities such as : Flying Fox, Feeding Bunny & Deer, Horseback Riding, Archery, Paint Ball, and other supporting class activities has surely made our children belong in this place. We love the twin bed room with Queen size beds ( which rarely seen in the Hotels in Indonesia ) the room ceiling height are bigger than any others, making us feel more spaces especially taking our children as well. We surely would like to return to stay in this hotel. "

"this is a perfectly located business hotel in bogor - especially if you are arriving at jakarta international airport and catching the direct bus to bogor (the best way to get there) as the bus station is just a few steps from the hotel. the hotel sits withing a major shopping, eating and entertainment complex which makes staying there both convenient and enjoyable. we ate, went to the movies and shopped all on the door step of the hotel. the famous botanical gardens are virtually "across the road". "

" The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating except their English language skill wasn't that good. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The standard room is large enough for writing works except cable tv channels were limited. Room service was efficient and fast. The best thing is the lap pool. My wife and I love to swim as an exercise so we had a great time every morning taking a few laps before doing our business. We would like to go to places in Bogor but the hotel staff were not familiar with the places I mentioned(I got these places from the internet) so we only visited a few. "

"If you're looking for alternative for short vacation other than bogor, sentul area can be your choice. This hotel probably the best hotel in sentul. One think that we like is the wide variation of breakfast choices."

"Aston hotel must be a top hotels compared to other hotels in Bogor. it is relatively new and well maintained (at least in my 2 bed room condo). This hotel must be a top and perfect choice for those who play in the Jungle Theme Park. However for those who checked in at night such as myself, finding this hotel might be quite a problem. The lighting in Bogor Nirwana Residence is awful at night. it is very dark. Aston, unfortunatelly located quite deep inside. Aston also have few signage (or hard to find at nightime). I hope the management can solve this problem soon."
