The hotel is located at the heart of Macau and it is very convenient going to famous tourist spots, shops and bus terminals. The rooms are very neat and clean, hotel staff are very friendly kind and approachable. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, it's just that they don't serve breakfast, but I'll give 5 stars to this Hotel.
If you have stayed in hotels in Hong Kong, you will know how luxurious the accommodation in Macau is.”

We're a couple travelling and I'd say that this hotel has the best value for money. The location is very accessible and is just near the Senado Square and so many bus stops. We're also very close (just a walking distance) to Jollibee fast food restaurant and it made it more easy for me to get something for my husband to eat. The receptionist was kind and most especially the housekeepers who were all Filipinos, who are very friendly and helpful to us. I just wish they should be more strict with guests that we suspect to be smoking in the other rooms as we're able to smell it strongly but not complained since we're only staying for a night and opted to just enjoy every bit of our time left. Also, I'd strongly suggest that they'd also let the guests leave their luggage for a while in case they opt to wander more while waiting for their flights.

Okay stayed one night the room I was given was right opposite the noisy lift and noise was very loud ongoing to reception to complain I was given another similiar room. So no problem.. The room was immaculate clean and cosy. Beds slightly hard.. My only complain is the rooms had no complimentary tea /coffee or water but a kettle . So I had to go out and buy them. To me would be better if rooms offered this . Rather mean I must say.. Otherwise a nice pleasant stay
