Amazing stay”
Villas are at the absolute center of the Main Street of Oia. They are beautiful cave style houses and are perfectly clean with gorgeous views all around and there is also always cleaned pool where you can observe the white houses on the caldera or sea view. Staff is the best Ive ever seen and very helpful. If you are deciding whether stay here or not, think no more and definitely go for it!

Best option for younger couples not wanting to spend $1k/night in Oia”
The location is straight off the main road in the middle of oia. It is the last property on the cliff, which means a ton of steps, but also amazing views up and down the cliff. The caldera views are breathtaking. The breakfast was good- they are taking covid precautions. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even helping us book a car last minute, with a pick up on the main road (no need to go to firs or the airport). It is by no means a 5 start resort, but with the price you shouldn’t be expecting one. I’d recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat

Overall excellent 7 day stay in a couple. Lots of stairs which I new about so didn’t mind. Amazing breakfast always with Some home-made cooking! Some of The best views on the island! And the staff are absolutely terrific! Really lovely people working at this place. We both loved our stay and after doing lots of research prior to our visit I wouldn’t change anything.

Great View - Extraordinary Staff”
My wife and I recently stayed at Caldera Villas in Oia. It was our last night in Santorini and our only night in Oia. The location is a bit tricky to find at first. As they explained to us, they meet most of their guests at their point of arrival and show them to their rooms. We arrived via car and just asked around and found it no problem. It was still very early in the season for Santorini and the reception area was being opened up for the first time of the year. The staff was very apologetic for the inconvenience even though it was really no issue. The location is set down 60 or 70 steps from the streets of Oia. There staff willingly lugged all our bags down the hill for just the one night even though we offered to consolidate the bags to make it easier. The room itself had a spectacular view with double doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the caldera. The bathroom was spacious enough and had a spa type shower system with a ain shower head, multiple body shower heads, as well as a handheld one. Lighting and decor was unique and very nice. For us the best part of our stay was the service we received after we had already checked out. We realized, just as we were about to board our ferry for the trip to Athens, that we had left our passports locked in the safe. Being at the far end of the island there was no way we could get the passports before the ferry left. We called the hotel and explained the situation and the immediately went about trying to get our passports. They said we could get on the ferry and they should be able arrange for a courier service through our hotel in Athens. While on the ferry to Athens, I receive an email saying the passports are in hand and that they have already arranged for them to go out first thing in the morning via next-day courier service. I asked how to pay them for their efforts as well as for the shipment and they said they would take care of it all. We received our passports as promised and are now home in the US.

Best Honeymoon Vacation Ever!”
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. The whole experience from beginning was impeccable! The staff were very friendly, professional and warm to us. We would like to specially highlight the porter, Mr Marian (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) for helping us to carry our heavy luggages all by himself. He is very professional and STRONG with those 100+ steps to go through! The hotel has very nice view overlooking the caldera, Nea Kameni. The breakfast place is located at the open balcony overlooking the caldera and it was really very nice to start the day with those views! The hotel is located in a central location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside was there were really too many steps but I guess that is already expected for anyone planning to stay in Oia. We will definitely choose Caldera Premium Villas if we are planning to come back to Oia!

Santorini is such a warm, romantic place. The Caldera Premium Villas are located in Oia with breathtaking scenery. Be prepared to climb lots of stair steps though! Not a problem going to the property as it's going way down. However, whenever we try to get out, we have to catch our breath because of the sheer number of steps! The staff are super friendly and nice and the room/bathroom are wonderful. I'd love to go back. Highly recommended!

Caldera Villas - beautiful property”
We stayed at the Caldera Villas hotel for a couple nights in August. After checking in at a travel agency at the main bus terminus of Oia, you are met by a porter who helps transport your luggage to the hotel, which is down a steep footpath from the main road of Oia. Like many hotels in Oia, the Caldera Villas is set against a beautiful picturesque landscape. There is a small pool, which is good for taking a dip but not for any serious swimming. Our room was nice enough - a basic cave-style room, however we were not happy that we were given the one room right next to the administrative office and steps away from the pool. The manageress was very nice and arranged for us to take a suite that was available upstairs during our first night. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I would recommend the Caldera Villas, but make sure you know which room you are getting.

AMAZING VIEWS, PERFECT LOCATION!”
We had booked 4 nights in the Cave Suite with Private Jacuzzi in this beautiful hotel and we were in love with the room, the decor, the minimal white and grey interiors and and the View. Amazing views of the Caldera and the sea in front. Since the hotel is on the edge of the cliff, there aren't any hotels below , so all you see in the sea below. Very quite and we had such a relaxing vacation. The staff were so sweet and kind and helped us with everything we needed. Thanks a lot to them, they carried our heavy luggage bags all the way from the Oia tourist centre to the hotel and also had arranged for pickup service from the Santorini Port . We were lucky to see the Easter fireworks at night from our patio and had the perfect vacation in Santorini. Highly recommend for lovers who want to chill, relax and have a great time sipping wine in the private Jacuzzi and enjoy the night sky with stunning views.

Exceptional”
Obviously not a 5 star place but, I have given 5 out of 5 for this place because my wife and I had an awesome stay here. We went for the honey moon sweet which had a private balcony with a hot tub and uninterrupted. ocean views. The staff were nice and the breakfast was satisfactory. We seen a few guests who did not like the walk up and down the steps to get to the villas but, we had no problem with this as we like to think we are young and fit. Oia is beautiful and Caldera Villas are central to everything.

Great stay for a honeymoon.”
We stayed at caldera villas for our honeymoon. We booked the cave suite with the indoor jacuzzi. It was realy great , comfortable and calm. We loved the breakfast and the staff as well . They were very helpful and there to help us. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is the number of steps to get to the hotel . Otherwis I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oia.
