Birthday present to my daughter - stay at the Morpheus”
A sudden shutdown of the spa and swimming pool as advised by the Government did really reduce the fun. But the hotel room itself (with small decorations and birthday cake) together with the served breakfast already could let us enjoying the birthday! The bed is so comfortable, having a good dream and making a big birthday wish! Will come back again for the swimming pool and spa next time!

I stayed at this hotel for Zaha Hadid but it was my last time to stay there.”
- This hotel does not even have restaurants providing breakfasts, unless you have club lounge access but this has to be purchased with your booking together. On-room dinning is the only option for breakfast but there are only 3 options. I tried American breakfast ( Standard) but they do not even have whole wheat bread. - All staffs are friendly and nice but none of the staffs I have seen have been trained properly. And their English level are very poorly and probably the poorest I have ever seen in Macau( I Might have been all hotels in Macau) and they seemed all very new into this industry and this hotel might offer them their first jobs. - High tech in the room but not designed user friendly, such as there are many touch screens at room and they have lights at night, so I had to put something on the top of them, then I can sleep well without seen the lights; no bluetooth connection in the room, even the speaker is awesome but I can not use them!

Hotel is clean and luxurious. But do expect some poor attitude from the staffs as this is Macau. We visited the hotel because of good reviews from personal blog. On one instances, we wanted to took photo of the KAWS statue on the 21st floor. One of the staff approached us and chased us away. One suggestion to the hotel: Please put a note or signboard depicting that the area is prohibited for hotel guests. Thanks.
