Find Hotels in Depok, Indonesia

This must be the best hotel in Depok. Eventhough maybe it has the smallest bedroom compared to other Santika hotels. To me this is Amaris with more facilities and probably better interior design. But being Santika, there are a lot of plus. This hotel is located in jalan Margonda, the central location in Depok. It is only around 20 minutes walk from Depok Baru train station. It is located at the back of D Mall; one of the malls in Depok. Plenty of restaurants in the mall. The hotel shares the 27th floor building with Margonda Residence; an apartment. From the entrance in the first floor, which connects with the door to Golden Truly in the mall, guests takes lift to 3rd floor where the lobby and restaurant is. I think 2nd and 3rd floor is meeting rooms. 5th floor is the fitness center plus swimming pool. And the bedrooms located in the highest floors; 25-27th floors. I stayed in the Superior room which is very small. But you have all you need in the room, including safety deposit box, flat TV, and free wifi. I think you cant add extra bed in this room size. The room is clean and modern. Buffet breakfast is great. And the staffs are professional and warm. If I have to come back to Depok and stay the night, this for sure is my first hotel choice in Depok.

it's a good hotel if you are looking for a place in depok area. the location is easy to find because it's situated in the margonda raya street. You can easily find it. they don't have a lot of facilities. It's a perfect place for a business traveller who just need a place to sleep and work. You can also easily find restaurants or street vendors around the area. Malls are just a walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast is not really great though. The variety of foods is very limited. But overall it's an ok hotel and value for money.

We stayed in one of the suite room, its big and grand. Although few things are need of repair, replacing or maintenance. Good old hotel in the heart of Depok. We love this hotel and have stayed there before, would love to come back but we always finds that the rooms need more attention on cleaning and general upkeep if they want to survive competing with all the new hotels in Depok. But the staff are always great and helpful.

Pros: nice-looking hotel. Great location if you want to hang out in centre of Depok. The rooms are nicely decorated. Has qiblat direction too in each room. Nice breakfast too, but maybe it will be better with more menus. Staff are friendly & helpful. Cons: there is miscomm on their internal as when we got to the hotel late at night the receptionist said they hadn't have our reservation, but we had booked & paid through Agoda in the afternoon around 3 pm. They need to sort this out and be ready/up to date with online bookings in the future. Another cons: no swimming pool. No hair dryer in the room (but you can borrow from housekeeping). When we stayed there, there was no kettle too for hot water (we had to ask the room service). There is no Indonesian writing on the toiletries (I don't know if this is how the international standard is) but I personally think it would be more helpful if you write them in Indonesian too since not all the guests understand English.

This has so much possibilities if they can remedy their cleanliness and upkeep of the place: - the bedsheets were used or unclean. fortunately there was a spare set in the cupboard so I changed it myself - the trash bin in the bathroom was full. - some hair in the corner of the bathroom shower area - leftover food in the kitchen cupboard. I regret poking my head around in kitchen cupboard. Avoid for now until you see more reviews and the rating goes up.

I have mixed feelings about Margonda Residence III. The location was good, as we needed to be in Depok, however the room wasn't great. We got a single size blanket on a double bed and nothing else. Most of the channels on the tv didn't work, the door for the small balcony was a challenge to open. The staff were a bit clueless. When we arrived after 17 hours on the bus/car, the guy at the from desk told us we had a single bed. We were tired and got angry quickly. My partner checked the room and it was a double bed. The guy thought single bed meant that there was one bed in the room. Not the kind of hassle you want at 4am after 17 hours travelling!

I’ve stayed with Agoda Homes before, this place made me speechless. Spider webs in the bathroom, room smells like cigarette (and I don’t even smoke), I found used cigarette in the sink, no instant tea or coffee, no toothbrush. The shampoo and soap was so little, we can’t even use it. Luckily I brought my own. The knob of the shower is broken, pee stain on the toilet cover. Good news is they have fridge, small stove, gallon of water, dispenser, all the plates and glasses for us to use, and fresh towels. The location was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the check in was easy. Not coming back if the place is still like this.
