"I have to admit that from probably over 300 hotels I have been around the world, the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel was one of the most impresive Hotel Rooms I have ever been at. Warmed WC floor, Super Dimmer lights, Huge 2,2m x 2,4m Super Kingsize Bed, Enormous Toilet and Fully Loaded with Free In-Room amenities, this is surely for me a returning Hotel whenever I will be in Madrid again. I don't usually stay in a 5***** stars hotel in one of these big cities like Madrid, because they are just expensive, but for this amazing room, was worth every penny! Strongly Recommended."

"The hotel is conveniently located in central Madrid, in Huertas, between the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor in one direction and the Prado Museum in the other. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit run down but a couple of blocks in either direction takes you to the restaurant/bar area of Los Latinas or towards several squares such as Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol which are good. Our room was very clean and modern and very spacious - the bathroom had an enormous shower! It was a bit tucked out of the way on the ground floor and only looked into an internal courtyard but given the price we paid, we couldn't complain. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had a couple of queries, speaking good English. It looks like the chain runs several other hotels in Madrid (a couple of others on the same street!) and if this was representative, they are well worth looking into. "

"The room is very basic, but generally clean (there were a few dark spots in the bathroom.grout at the floorthat is probably the beginning of mold). There is a notice on the wall asking that guests not place suitcases on the built in desk shelf which seems reasonable. But, it would be great if the hotel then provided a luggage rack. I had only an overnight bag so set it on the mini-bar refrigerator. The air onditionong worked well and the room was really quiet when the window was closed. That was really good for Grand Via. The elevator was really weird and I was never sure when it would work. I tended to just use the stairs. Generally a basic room in the center of the tourist area of Madrid that is clean and quiet at a reasonable price. "

"this hotel is very well located. just walking distance to the center of madrid - sol. it has a metro station directly in front of the hotel and therefore very well connected to the airport. the service was very nice and friendly. very attentive. we wanted to check-in at 11am but the room was not ready yet. without a saying we've been given a free welcome drink and an upgrade to the next better room. very nice bathroom. sleeping room a bit small but what you expect from a city hotel. the windows may not be isolated so therefore you may hear traffic outside but since it's a small road you just can hear sometimes a car passing. but the hotel is definitively 4 star worth. we'll choose this hotel again for our next madrid stay. absolutely recommendable."
