"We were in honeymoon~ this hotel has a great view, and very professional staff~ room is clean and functional, breakfast is also delicious~ Specially thanks for Gorge who welcome us and take care us during those 2 nights~ he is a very helpful and solved my complain. However, I would like to give one advise to Gorge that if there is a complaint from the guest about the room or service, it might not feel comfortable for guest that you talk with the housekeeping staff in front of the guest. Because the guest may think that the HK will give disadvantage or do something in our room because they are direct guest service people so they can do bad thing if they felt bad. Hope there is some improvement when we go back again with my wife."

"I would just like to say Rosie the manager was fabulous!!! I had made a mistake with my reservation a true oversight on my part. However, Rosie quickly solve the problem and I was able to enjoy my visit in the town of Fira Santorini Greece stress free! Also , Rosie gave me great recommendations for dinning and tour options. It was a pleasure chatting with her throughout my five night stay and educating each other about the United States and Greece. However , the big bonus was having the opportunity to meet Rosie's mother. She was a pleasure to meet and she has such a beautiful spirit!!!! Sincerely gloria Randle "
