"I stayed at this property because of its central location in one of the best areas of Sao Paulo. The price was right, and the fact that it wasn't a regular hotel but a mix of condo/apts/locals living there/hotel, it translated into mixing with the real Paulistanos. I enjoyed the full breakfast buffet everyday. They served a typical Brazilian breakfast and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel provide wifi that worked just fine but if I could complain about one thing, it would be the fact that although we stay in a apt with microwave, stove, refrigerator, a separate bedroom, living room, and a decent pullout sofa, they only had ONE iron in the whole building! When I asked for it, the front desk agent said that someone else was already using it and they would give it me as soon as they were finished.. I waited for over 45 minutes and when my partner decided to call them about it, the agent was very rude to him. Not cool at all. Well, keep in mind that iron issue because I know for sure, you might need one just like we did! Overall, good stay! Oh, don't worry if you don't speak Portuguese, all the agents spoke decent English. "

"The hotel itself is fine. During the day the area provides good connections to the rest of the cities (either by bus or metro). At night, however, the area is relatively dodgy and serves as a local hangout for drug addicts."
