São Paulo hotels & accommodations
great enjoyed the stay,,,, wish i had more days... service staff excellent,.. property has been weak maintained... breakfast wonderful
My favourite hotel in Sao Paulo, Spacious room, excellent room service and breakfast. Centrally located
Very good location and value for the money. Breakfast is excellent!!
First time to comment on any hotel, Grand Hyatt São Paulo is great in so many ways: staff, location, the gym. However, the internet (WiFi) was not good during our stay, which could be embarrassing for business travelers. But, really appreciate all the staff that helped us to solve the WiFi issue.
Good area. Safe to walk around. Helpful well-trained staff. Beautiful lobby. Expensive hotel and irritatingly they charge for wifi. Also charge a fine if you take and lose an umbrella! Hotel Resto in beautiful space but food not great. Not awful, just rather mediocre. Lots of good Restos in Sao Paolo so better to eat out.
Excellent location. Staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed ourselves very much and we will return
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it ends pretty much there! Not worth the money, room or staff behaviour. Breakfast spread is limited & it is exactly the same menu everyday morning. Staff needs a lot of training & probably a course on etiquettes & customer orientation. I was supposed to stay for the longer duration, but after my initial stay of 3 d...
the hotel is within walking distance to the Centre Norte convention centre, also next to the shopping mall. it is good for exhibitor / visitors for the convention centre. the only thing need to be improved is the breakfast with limited choices.
Most of common corporate hotels are somewhat in safe segment of stay in a way. I've chosen Melia Paulista Hotel because of location but, was not sure about the service, quality, or any other informations. 1. Location is just perfect in the middle of Paulista avenue being able to be in walkable distant to all key areas; downtown, Jardine, and Penheiro...etc. Sao Paulo ...
Good service, friendly staff,ok breakfast, I would recommend for the great location near all the new Itaim Bibi area where became one of the most frequented areas for the pretty young brazilian people...Also close to all the business places in the city of Sao Paulo
Good overall for a short stay. Hotel offers a large room with queensize bed which is very nice. The breakfast and restaurant was really good with wide ranges of dishes and affordable price in Sao Paulo.
We were lucky and got upgraded from a standard room to a suite. Hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of historical Sao Paulo. Subway is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Taxi from the airport was BRL 110. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Although expensive, this hotel is just two blocks from Avenida Paulista, the Financial heart of Sao Paulo. You will also find several restaurants within walking distance and there is also a Metro station just 3-4 minutes away.
Good, hotel was centrally located with a good access to a variety of bakeries and coffee shops; room was nice and modern; staff was friendly. I would stay there again.
That was wonderful hotel at location, cleaning, especially price. I love it so much and will use their service next time if I will be in Sao Paulo again. The location is very close to Sao Paulo Domestic airport and also easy to go to main street. The room is also very clean and comfortable for relax.
The hotel is good room are clean and cute staff was so nice
I visited Sao Paulo for a short city break and the InterContinental was recommended by a friend as she has stayed previously and enjoyed her stay. The hotel have friendly staff who were always willing to help, the hotel is clean and ht ebed is comfortable. Good location with easy access to the city centre, I would stay here again.
Recommend for biz trip who need to exercise on a regular base. Satisfied with GYM.
The room was new (or renovated), clean and very wide. Staff who speaks English in the restaurant was only one. If you speak Portuguese it is better to communicate staffs. However, front staffs and someone speak English. So, it is not so inconvenient. Room making is also perfect. If you have friend in Sao Paulo or you have business Bom Retiro area, this hotel is highly ...
I paid 236 Real for one day, breakfast and wifi included. Considering its location, two block to Av Paulista, across hotel Renaissance, it is a good priced hotel. There are many restaurants in walking distance.
Location and price. You can walk to great food options: 1. Starbucks 2min 2. Nino 4min 3. Mr Baker 5min 4. Barbacoa 8min Uber to most businesses with 15 min. This is a very safe area for sao Paulo
I stayed in Sao Paulo for the World cup and found it to be a very interesting city with loads to see. The hotel had inflated its prices like all the other hotels. The hotel is clean and the reception was friendly and spoke decent english. Im sure next time it would be cheaper. Overall a good location to explore the city and a metro station is 10 minutes away.
Close to shopping center & a few steps away from Metro (Train station), which connect you to all Sao paulo
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room and bathroom were a really good size and it is located close to the metro it was easy to get around. Hotel is walking distance from shopping area with great restaurants.
Nice location, clean rooms, helpful staff.
The Hotel is located Bit Outside of everywhere, but there are many nice small Stores and Restaurants close by. The quality of rooms and breakfast was nothing fancy but ok for SP i guess.
Cheap places to stay in São Paulo
I booked the 15 people dorm on Agoda.com when i saw it was going on a very good deal. I initially had expected it to be ok for the price that I was paying but it was a lot worse than I thought.I was allocated to the room in the basement. When I saw the room, there were rubbish and personal belonging strewn on over the floor. No housekeeping for a few days maybe. What ...
The staff are nice and the kitchen is clean!
There is laundry bussiness beneath the hotel and its make the walls viberate and the back side of the hotel is very nosy because of that. Except that the hotel is high quality and the staff bery nice peaple. If you get room in the front i belive there wouldnt be nose
We stayed in a private double room. The room and bathroom were okay but on the small size. There was a refrigerator and a fan but it wasn't very powerful so we found the room very hot and stuffy. The bed sheets didn't fit properly and came off everytime you turned over. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in emails before arrival. The room was not cleaned each ...
The staff and other guests are great, so helpful and friendly. The place has a lovely vibe... I will be staying again on my return.
We initially booked 4 nights as this was us just arriving in Sao Paulo. We loved the city and decided to stay on - not once but twice. As O de Casa was such a great hostel in a really nice, safe, location we decided to remain here for the extended period. The nearest Metro Faria Lima is only 15 minute walk at most and there is a budget supermarket opposite there. A slig...
I do not recommend this. the hotel is not bad but this area is one of the worst areas in Sao paulo.
GOOD
I had a room on the top floor overlooking the main road. There is traffic noise but it did not bother me too much as the room is air-conditioned. The condition of the room (room 601) and the hotel is rather old. The tap of the washing basin of my room keeps on dripping. The soap dish in the shower was tilted so it required a lot of skill to put a bar of soap on it. ...
this hotel locates very close to the station "são bento," and very easy to access to wherever i wanted to go. in addition, there was policemen around there so that i felt kind of more security. the reception was good and people there were friendly and helpful. even though the room was not very clean, it was big enough to stay. the breakfast (café da manhã) was well pre...
All you need for a backpacker is Hot water shower and fast stable wifi. Hostel Vergueiro leaves you no complaint! Moreover, they provide breakfast with heart ( the best breakfast I've had in South America hostel), meals order per request with professional and delicious Chinese food, FREE water in the lobby, and the most important is hospitality owner and staffs! Talk w...
Everything was fine during our stay. For this kind of visit in Sao Paulo (to shop) it is well located and you can go by taxi to the main shop points paying less than
This Hotel is very value and good stay for Business trip around this area. It very close to shopping mall and supermarket. And a lot of international food in the shopping mall. Breakfast in this Hotel is very good for testing. Room service and staff also very good.
room & services are acceptable ... good location .... value for money !!!
There was some confusion with the booking (our reservation via Agoda was not received by the hotel before our arrival) and we had to wait for almost an hour for Agoda to fax our reservation to the hotel. So it will be good to check your reservation at the hotel before your trip... The hotel was okay otherwise.
Nice hotel but the area didn't seem great. We arrived at night which probably didn't help. The staff were friendly, the receptionist didn't speak much english but used google translate to try to explain things to us which was sweet. There was a good selection at breakfast. Wifi didn't work in the hotel at all while we were there which was annoying.
Terrible. I booked and paid for 3 nights. I prefered to stay elsewhere pay more money as unsafe area. Travelers from overseas should never stay here!
New designer hotel with only six rooms on each floor. Small, local bars and eateries within 20 meters from entrance - and an old fashioned laundry just across the street, which makes up for the fact that the hotel does not offer inhouse laundry service. 10 minutes of walk to Avenue Paulista, with shopping malls, the Trianon park and MASP (The Sao Paulo Museum of Art)...
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The aircon was noisy. the area is in a good area but public transport is not convenient. There was only a bus which comes not so often and hectic getting back. Not worth the value. AHostel in sao paulo would ebe cheaper and much more comfortable.
The hotel itself is fine. During the day the area provides good connections to the rest of the cities (either by bus or metro). At night, however, the area is relatively dodgy and serves as a local hangout for drug addicts.
in a nice neighborhood, staffs are really nice, and the price is the best!
The hotel is good room are clean and cute staff was so nice
the reception is good and helpful. Just the shuttle bus service is very bad, while i was waiting at lobby , i looked at the shuttle bus stopping near the entrance, saw the bus driver tied the seat belt and started the engine, i thought he would drive to the main entrance and picked me up. But he turned to the road outside and went away, i kept waving my hands and th...
The staff seems nice enough at first; friendly, accommodating, and efficient, but when an issue came up and I called the front desk, the follow-up to fix the issue was completely non-exitent. I had to call the front desk a few times, then go downstairs myself, and in the end nothing got done to fix my issue. It was sad that at check-in they all seemed so caring, but a...

Breakfast is nice.
Totally amazing had a fantastic time in Brazil, Sao Paulo and at the hotel.
Staff is really helpful and show their warm hospitality to us. My friend was not feeling well....n they showed their care n concern to us...giving us a great helping hand to look for a hospital. very outstanding hotel facilities, in-room deco, nice pool, good breakfast just the location is not very accessible as we have to climb up on the slope every time.

I was in Sao Paulo to visit my girlfriend for four days and had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and great size. The staff provided excellent service and provided any assistance we needed. Great breakfast every morning, buffet style. I never had to worry about anything during my stay. It was a great experience, great room, great service.

they have a good location and nice food. it is best for reseanble price
This hotel location is very good to find nice restaurants, shopping so on. Good for business meetings as well
The hotel was near everything in the Jardins, one of the nicest neighboorhood in Sao Paulo. The breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful. It meet my expectations and I will recommend. Everything in walking distance. No car was needed. Area was safe and we found everything around.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone specially family with kids.
I like this hotel to stay on business trips to sao paulo it has all necessary for a good stay and the location is great in a safe neighborhood
The hotel is well located, though it really lacks a lot. It is decorated like you are back in the 70s, there is NO room service after 10pm and the worst part is that it really doesn't have a proper internet service option, making it very difficult to work. Most times people have to bring their laptops to the lobby if they want to access the internet. I will never stay...

I would like to recommend this hotel to tourist ,the room very big and bathroom ,fridge and very central ,good for the airport shuttle bus walking distance even with luggage metro and public transport just outside I was very impress about this hotel .staff very helpful and breakfast included is wonderful .the good thing the price . internet free of charge .Ill stay ...
This was a great hotel to stay in for business. Very comfortable bed and good black-out curtains which are a must. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Did not eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast as there is a mall just across the road. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to go to the Vila Olimpia area.
Boohking through I could get a fair price for this hotl which is ok, nothing really special. I arrived at 7h30 and they asked me to pay half of the day price to get an empty room. It' not the good way to keep customer, especially for 90€ for 1/2 4h. The rooms are ok and clean. Swimming pool unusable beacause of leaves on the water all the time. Small Fitness center. Br...
Central location and near to all São Paulo attractions
Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Located in a safe business district of Sao Paulo. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. My stay was comfortable and definitely will stay there again. DZTraveler.com
This is my third time to stay in the same hotel. It is a really good hotel. For sure the room is clean and tidy and also the bed is so big and comfort. Another point is this hotel all work in the front desk people are really nice and helpful. They are really kind to me.
It is a short trip to sao paulo. It is Just OK.
The only reason to stay at this hotel is if you attend any exhibition at the Anhembi Trade Fair Centre. The hotel is adjacent to the venue and makes it very convenient. Otherwise, the value for money it's not worth it. There are several better options to stay all over Sao Paulo. The breakfast is very goods and staff performance is excellent.

I choose this hotel in Sao Paulo as it is just off Paulists and so close to my meetings. It is a safe and high end neighborhood, The rooms are small, but classically decorated. There are things I appreciate about Hilton Sao Paulo, especially the staff. They were very attentive and were definitely amongst the most hospitable staff yet. Accommodation in Sao Paulo is quite expensive (Brazil is expensive in general), so I searched a lot to find a nice hotel at a fair price. The pictures of the room don’t do it justice. Hotel was excellent. Did not mind paying more for the quality. We checked in late - about 11pm. Love the hotel, it's nicely decorated and have alot of nice small touches, the staff speak perfect english and are very helpful and friendly.
Elevators rattle, air conditioner in room noisy even when turned off, no tea in room. However 23rd floor club lounge has an awesome view and great breakfast. Staff is friendly.
