Friendly and wonderful staff”
Booked for a weekend stay to celebrate my birthday. My friends called in advance and arrange a birthday surprise cake for me. I had such a wonderful time and service that I got from the staff that had served us during our stay. Kelly from Front desk checked in and out. Arthur from bell helped us with luggage from the taxi till the front desk. I keep forgetting to look at the name of the kind housekeeper who very politely ask us if he can turndown or cleaned the room for us, and keep asking if we need anything else before leaving. Not to mention the in room dining staff that deliver and clear our used utensils. All very friendly and warm staff. I definitely will go back again for a stay. Thank you all for the service.

What a pleasant stay”
We came here to spend just one night to relax a bit. Got a room on a rather low floor but it was definitely tranquil enough even though there’re some sort of construction works out there. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, introducing us to the facilities and the cotai area. Really appreciate that. I particularly like that the hotel isn’t as bustly as most others, yet it still has all those shoppings you can do. The only thing I might have to say is that their shuttle buses seem to have less routes than some other hotels, like those touring around the tourist spots.

The staff at the lobby especially Ada and Owen were great , they greeted me and gave me a gift because it’s my birthday, I want also to commend the service of the housekeeping staff for always at service even late at night we ask assistantance. Maybe I will book again if the renovations were already finished.
