Terrible room air conditioner; could not keep the room much below 70 degrees. Slow elevators and strange building setup that requires use of two elevators on opposite sides of the building just to get to floor 9. Inconvenient entrance as well with steps instead of ramp. All around poor setup. Will not return.

Concerning the hotel-Nice place. Clean, mostly quiet, a good value. Surprise, no air conditioning in room. We were told 'that's our alpine environment'. Loved the Lodge and the views, wish we could have stayed longer. Only heads up I would mention that might be an issue for some...no ac. John at front desk was wonderful! And a fellow razorback so we felt right at home! WPS!

They went above expectations! I told the guest service agent that checked me in that my husband I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and they sent us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. There is also a shuttle to take you to the gondola. I highly recommend this hotel!
