Although there were quite a number of customers queuing up for check-in and check-out during the long holidays, the staff were very helpful and acted efficiently to shorten the waiting time. The hotel room was clean and tidy.

My family and I arrived Macau at different time. Thus, I sent emails to the reservation team to see if I could change the lead guest so that my family could check in first. The reservation team (Phoebe) responded to my request swiftly and allowed my family to check in before my arrival. Very grateful for the team’s immediate attention to my request. Furthermore, the room looks much spacious after the renovation. The servers of the Chinese restaurant in the hotel were very helpful and efficient. The food there was nice.

We had a wonderful experience from the time we checked in. Georgia at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She upgraded our room to a view of the harbour. Complimentary fruit and tea was delivered to our room every evening by a smiling staff member. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride to the city centre. There is a free shuttle to and from the port too. The doormen were very friendly and helpful, always had smiles on their faces enquiring about our stay and if we needed anything. The lunch and dinner served at the restaurant was really good, and Eugene, the waiter was great. Patrick at the checkout counter was friendly and helpful too. I'll definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travellers. Service is key and these guys have it spot on.

As we arrived late with children and wanted to find some food nearby, the front desk staff Philip and Terry took the initiative to introduce and help us, trying their best to fulfill any requests and even taught us how to take transportation. We felt very welcomed and at home, and it is worth recommending. The service is even better than other 5-star hotels. We hope the hotel will maintain this level of service.

500 deposit per room, free tea and coffee👍🏻 Near the Fisherman's Wharf and the East Point Lighthouse. There is also a bus stop nearby for easy access. The bathroom and bed are very comfortable, and the front desk is also very polite!

Modern rooms with all the facilities you require. Very clean and enjoyed taking a bath. It is a little bit away from the city centre, but really it's just a short walk. Many eateries and shops if you walk West. Wi-fi was a little intermittent when doing video calls, but worked most of the time. All up a great hotel and would stay again.

They provide very satisfactory services. The staff are easy to talk to. The room is actually bigger and cleaner than my expectation. The only thing I am a little bit disappointed that the swimming pool is not valid in April due to maintenance.

Perfect for this business trip…..”
Safer, clean, aircon & hotwater was perfect, I loved the crisp sheets and comforter! Had a good sleep everyday……..bus 10B & 28B was nearby for me to h wet to the banking area in 5 stops, walking distance to Sands, accross from FishermenWharf and another local casino. There is a supermarket downstairs, a late night food shop and also a massage for only men.
