We got the hotel for a really good price. To be honest, the rooms are well kept and the hotel has tried to avail many amenities. The staff are not very friendly to foreigners, though I suspect it is because of the language barrier. Bring your own lotion and toileteries, though. Also, the floors and are not carpeted, so the beds tend to move. You can get breakfast at the hotel for an additional 60 MOP per person, which is not bad.

Location is near restaurants and convenience stores. It’s also walking distance to Venetian and the other casinos. Staff was friendly too. But it’s only sad that we didn’t get to see the gym and casino coz the hotel is under renovation that time. But overall, it’s nice though. It’s perfect for a budget traveler as well who wants to stay in a 4 star hotel

It was a last minute booking because our flight was canceled due to the typhoon. There was this receptionist name Bridgette who extend her help and accomodate us and make sure our stay will be comfortable. She noticed we are a group of 4 and we might not fit to the room i booked. She offered a bigger room so we can sleep comfortably. Staffs are great but the room looks old.

The staff is very helpful, very kind and patient to assist us. The location of the hotel is superb near by have a LRT station, easy to get taxi. By walking can get to the Rua do Chunha Street which we can do a quick shopping for souvenir before we catch our flight. We notice the renovation still in progress so the ground floor a bit cramp and we can't enjoy some of the facilities. But is fine for us as we just want to stay 1 night at Macau. The room and bathroom are clean, I wouldn't complain for that and the bed are comfortable for me. My kid and my relatives very satisfied with Grand Dragon. Hope next time we'll get to visit again the brand new Grand Dragon Hotel.

We are a large group of family, looking for a relatively cheap place to stay for one night only. Grand Dragon Hotel was the perfect choice, the staffs are all very nice and polite. The rooms are neat and spacious. The bathroom/toilet is also very spacious. The only part that was quite troublesome is that it is a bit far from the main attraction places, ie. Venetian/other famous hotels, so it was difficult to find GDH itself. So, maybe next time, if you don't mind splurging for one night, then staying at Venetian itself would be a more convenient choice.

Location wise is convenient enough for exploring within Taipa, public transport is also very easily accessible. Facilities is a bit lacking(gym room is very tiny) but it’s reasonable for this price. Soundproof is quite lacking between rooms so you can hear doors closing or water flushes in pipes. Water pressure is also inconsistent so be aware of the sudden changes in temp or water flow during showers.

It was rather an expensive rate for a not so accessible hotel as there are no shuttle bus provided. But luckyily I hv fought out the New LRT line is just nearby. Should hv given us tourists on the easy way to this hotel n not let us find the hard way. As not everyone is going to take the taxi.

Room where I stay is spacious and clean. Facilities are satisfactory. Staff are nice and friendly but misinformed me as to my room number initially, resulting in me knocking on the door of an occupied room. Although this was rectified very soon, this should not have happened in the first place.

Located 5 mins drive to venecian macau but quite far from macau city though Taxi is easily available and with near bus stop. Having affordable rates makes it considerably good!
