Its the family’s fist time staying at this hotel which is at the heart of Macau - near ruins of St Paul, tranpo hub going to cotai, ferry, airport and very near to convenience stores. We were given several perks and freebees upon our check in and they have a foodcourt that is affordable and serves good food. Luck for us we got upgraded to a deluxe family room which is so spacious. Breakfast is also okay, nothing fancy.

Facility was ok but slight rundown. Staff were friendly. Pick this 4-stars hotel over another 5-stars hotel and for a slight higher price because the deal on website indicate breakfast included, but actual not included. Stupid me that did not reject the confirmation when did specify breakfast included. Will be caution hereafter when using agoda

I do go to Macau a few times in a year with friends and family and always stay at Grand Emperor. The front desk staffs are very helpful always and assist their customer in every way to your request during the check in especially Yoyo who will make sure all requests are carried out. The hotel is very clean, cosy and service is good for every department like housekeeping, bell service, etc. The hotel also provide transport service to airport. I am very happy with the transport arrangement to hotel although there are only 3 of us, which they specially arrange a 7 seaters van to fetch us to airport. We love the breakfast in this hotel which provide a big range of food and taste of food is good. For location, very very convenient to go many places within walking distance to Senado, etc . There are variety of nice and reasonable priced food round the corner of the hotel I always highly recommend this hotel to all my friends who go to Macau and they also loved to stay there.

Our stay in grand emperor hotel is splendid! The hotel is so luxuriously designed and the room is so spacious and beautiful! They also provide free hotel n ferry terminal shuttle pickup. The room is so clean the staffs are good mannered, there is a casino located on the fourth floor and there is also a food stall selling a variety of food and beverages on the 5th floor of the hotel. The hotel is also centrally located at the heart of Macau city. It is just a stone throw away from the famous tourist hotspot the Senado square and the ruins of St. Paul. It is also next to a shopping mall new yaohan and 5mins walk away from that and Lisboa casino.

My experience staying at grand emperor hotel was a very pleasant & an enjoyable one. The hotel facilities are well equipped, hotel room is spacious & cosy. The hotel breakfast was a heartily spread. And I want to specially compliment two of their customer service officers, Ms Yoyo Saw & Ms Nicole Wong. These two ladies service were great, they treat their customers like prestige guest, they will go the extra mile helping us hire a cab, explaining to us with great patient, do their best to fulfill our requests & they never fail to put on a smile. Overall the stay at this hotel was really a great one. I am very happy & satisfied with their great service, & would definitely stay in again should I re-visit Macau. Highly recommended.

A day in the Big City”
Eventhough we only spent a day in Grand Emperor Hotel, in behalf of my comrades I would say the experience was remarkable. From the moment we got off the taxi cab the bellboy was very keen on assisting us and it did not take long to proceed to our room. Everyone was very accommodating and the hotel was very pleasing. The room was very homy and comfortable. It was very clean and orderly. Location is very accessible too. I would surely consider staying at Grand Emperor Hotel next time I visit Macau.

Honeymoon with my wife”
Thank you for the Grand Emperor hotel’s arrangement to our honeymoon tour in Macau in November 2018. The hotel could be located easily and close to the town centre area. The room has also been upgraded with Good view and nice declaration, giving my wife and myself lots of surprise and treasurable monent. The breakfast was good for value too. The staff was friendly and I definitely truly recommend friends and my family members to stay in this hotel next time. The best hotel if you want to stay in Macau Peninsula at a reasonable rate. For myself, I will definitely come back to stay next time.

it was one of our memorable trips concluded by the first class accommodation from our hotel. i would definitely choose grand emperor hotel on my next visit to macau and perhaps bring my kids and mom along. the staff are friendly though not all can speak english but they'd be willing to assist/introduce you to an english speaking personnel. also, breakfast should have been included in our room package. i appreciate them giving us maps, a travel guide plus souvenirs which not all hotels would provide. over-all the hotel is great!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy walking distance from the city square. The next to the hotel was a department store. There is a supermarket in there, so can enjoy some local food hunting there too. All the staff were very friendly and well mannered. I think the hotel is very good value for money. If I have a chance to go back to Macau, I'll choose to stay @ Grand Emperor Hotel again.

Live King size at Grand Emperor Hotel”
If you want to live King Size, Grand Emperor Hotel is the place to head in Macau. Hotel at city center and close to ferry terminal with shuttle bus from terminal to hotel and back. Stayed for 2 nights and no chance to complain about.The staff at Reception (day & night) very helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Will recommend to family and friends. Value for money.

The Grand Emperor was very well located in the city area of Macau and very close to some of biggest casinos (Wynn & MGM Grand). The Deluxe room was fantastic and we received wonderful service including breakfast or dinner at the hotel restaurants. Really loved the opulent and royal decor of the hotel. Very good location, beside New Yaohan, within walking distance to Senado Square, Lisboa, Grand Lisboa, Wynn & Starworld hotels. Staff very polite & accommodating, upgraded us to Executive room. Booking came with free buffet breakfast which has quite a good spread. Will stay at Grand Emperor Hotel again if I ever return to Macau.
