Great Hotel”
Relaxing time here on a final nights stay in Brazil before heading back home. We stayed in Copacabana for the first part of our trip and that was much better situated to see and do everything in Rio.

Arrived late in the evening Check in staff were excelent and even upgraded our room. Breakfast was excellent, a very good choice so something for everyone. Nice pool area and have their own place on the beach. The hotel is a 30 minute taxi ride from Copacabanna or you can use the local bus INTER2 for 4Real this takes about 60mins to the Copacabana Palace. Got to say a very special thank you to the concierge staff - they were all fantastic and nothing was to much trouble

REALMENTE LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HEMOS TENIDO EN UN HOTEL. Estuvimos una semana con mi familia en el mes de ABRIL - y nos solicitaron tarjeta de credito de garantia, como en general . Al segundo dia de hospedaje detectamos un cargo por USS 930 que no habiamos realizado. reclamamos en recepcion . Al dia siguiente, no solo no tuvimos respuesta SINO QUE APARECIERON 400 USS DE CARGO NUEVO EN LA MISMA TARJETA COBRADOS POR EL HOTEL. FRENTE A ESTA SITUACION RECLAMAMOS NUEVAMENTE .... conseguimos que nos enviaran un mail desde el hotel donde especificamente reconocen estos cargos realizados de forma erronea .......... PERO HASTA EL DIA DE HOY NO HEMOS RECIBIDO UN SOLO DOLAR DE DEVOLUCION. DE MAS ESTA DECIR QUE DESDE QUE HICIMOS EL CHECKOUT NOS VIENEN PROMETIENDO REALIZAR EL PAGO .... PERO NO SE HA REALIZADO AUN, Y VAMOS 4 MESES DE ESPERA- UN TOTAL DESASTRE UNA VERGUENZA Y UNA FALTA DE RESPECTO
