The family-run Anestis is located in Agkistro Village of Serres, just 300 metres from the Thermal Springs and 500 metres from taverns and mini markets. It offers studios with free Wi-Fi and a furnished patio overlooking the garden. Fitted with wrought-iron beds and dark-wooden furnishings, the studios of Anestis have a kitchenette with fridge and kitchenware. Each unit is equipped with a TV with cable channels. Remains a very good guesthouse”

As per our previous stay here, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable enough. It ia a quiet place. The garden looks nice. One may find a hamam and good tavernas nearby. It was a perfect place for a short stop in our way to the south of Greece.

Everything was just fantastic! Thank you!”

This place is amazing and I regret we could only stay for one night! After some long hours of driving and having the perspective of even longer journey the next day we arrived to this guesthouse wishing for a quiet night and some good rest. We received not only that, but also a recommendation to visit the nearby hamam facility (which was very relaxing!) and a fabulous breakfast with the view on the mountain and early birds flying around and giving us a free concert. :) The hosts are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Extraordinary vibe on a peaceful location.”

Host was careful to all our needs in order to secure the best staying for us. First time we stayed at this location in July 2022 (two adults and one kid) and then we came again in September 2022 this time four adults and one kid. Both times we felt exceptionally good. Even though the husband of the host did not speak English he was trying his best to help us whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was exceptional while being served on the terrace in front of the room having in front of us a beautiful view of the mountain. We will for sure stay at this location next time we will travel to Greece.

Friendly, homey place surrounded by nature”

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy place at the end of the village - and regretted not having been able to stay more than one night. The host couple is really friendly and helpful. You can feel at home here, since this is their own private home and garden. The surroundings are beautiful with lush greenery, fresh air and hilly country. The view from here is great.

Great intermediary stop location”

We were looking for a location near Kulata with private parking. We found more... the car was parked in the courtyard right in front of the door of our room (no need to get all the luggages out from the car). The room was clean and large. The fridge was used to recool food and drinks. The freezer was used to refreeze cooling batteries Outside was quiet and very nice. The owners are very nice people and all of our demands were sattisfied fast. I recommand this location for stopping one night and be able to continue further (only 10km away fromthe highway), this is what we did and we were very happy - Thank you !

Just perfect!”

This was a perfect stop on our way home. We'll come back for sure next time we need to make a one night stop, as the location is perfect (near Kulata), the owner is awesome and the tavernas in the area are great and cheap.
