This is my first time in Hop inn. Air conditioner in the first room that we checked in is quite a bit loud and the bathroom is not clean enough. We requested to change the new room. The staff willing to help us. Finally, we got new room with clean, new and cozy.

The best budget hotel in town!!”
I enjoyed my stay here. Yes the room is tiny but it s functional, clean, comfortable and plenty for what is needed. Even the hotel does not provide a breakfast but there is a corner where u can grab some coffee or hot drink for free. Also, there are some cafe and restaurants nearby. With such comfortable room, free wifi, enough parking lot, this fulfilled my needs quite well.

Place is a bit far from the city centre. Facilities too basic. Can get far better accommodation at the same price in Nakhon Ratchasima.

A minimalistic room. ”
All of the staff were very friendly and can communicate in English well. I didn't have to repeat myself whenever I talked with them. The room is not as spacious to move around but it's okay. There was a table and a chair, a small fridge, hot and cold shower and clean towels. There's no closet but has some clothes hanger inside the room. There's free coffee in the morning. They do sell frozen meals at the lobby so you can have some food incase you are that hungry to go out. Some issues are these: the rooms are not soundproof, everything that's happening in the hallway are echoing around. They should have a closet not just clothes hanger. The TV should have programs in English too, I couldn't watch anything since all was in Thai. 😔 We did enjoy our stay here though! The friendliness of the staff made up for the hotel's 'lackings'.

Traveling through Korat I stopped overnight just off The Friendship highway. Easy access and very reasonable price for a clean and comfortable room.

Nice Place to stay”
The staff was very nice and helpful but couldn't speak English. The language has been a barrier as we need direction to go somewhere. We got help from the manager of the hotel as he knows how to speak English. He gave us direction to sight seeing and shopping mall nearby.

This chain of hotels are ideal stopovers whilst travelling, good wi fi, shower, air con and comfortable beds, there is an excellent Thai restaurant literally one minute walk away from this one, will definately stay again.

Staff got rooms mixed up since we're large group, so they gave a call late at night asking one of us to re-check the guest list for them and it took a while before we could go back to bed! There's NO breakfast. Also, location is not very good but that's no big deal if you have a car. Other than that, concidering price and property conditions, I gave it an 'average'.
