Ótima localização e quarto confortável.
O quarto é uma propriedade privada dentro do hotel, sendo assim não é possível contar com nenhum serviço, bem como precisei ligar várias vezes para ter meu checkin liberado, pois o hotel necessita de um e-mail de confirmação. A internet não funciona, mesmo com a rede e senha não conectou de jeito nenhum, tive que rotear os dados do meu celular para trabalhar. A TV só funciona a Record News e mais nenhum canal. Nenhuma das minhas perguntas enviadas via chat foram respondidas.

Não estava disponível a senha wi-fi. A cama são duas emendadas, então no meio fica a emenda do colchão com desconforto. A TV só pegava 1 ou 2 canais, nada mais.

O péssimo atendimento na recepção, pouco caso, eu não sabia que a acomodação era particular, e quando necessitei de auxilio , já no check-in, péssimo atendimento e pouco caso. Não havia limpeza na acomodação, não estava incluido o café da manhã, e para fazer o café da manhã um custo total de R$.48,50. A Tv somente 2 canais, quando solicitei auxilio na portaria, informou que eu deveria contactar o proprietário, apesar de desde o check-in informei a recepção que já havia enviado diversas mensagens, e tentativas frustadas de falar ao telefone, mesmo deixando recado na secretaria eletronica, não houve retorno. Enfim , uma das piores estadias.

Os apartamentos são particulares segundo a recepção, porém não é informado no anúncio mesmo porque os anfitriões utilizam as mesmas fotos do hotel. Configurações dos quartos são diferentes. O hotel não tem vínculo algum com os apartamentos particulares porém presta alguns serviços como se tivesse. Provavelmente os Anfitriões e o Hotel tem algum tipo de acordo. Será que estão pagando imposto?
