Decepção de hotel ”

A começar pelo elevador - somente 1 funcionando para atender pelo menos 12 ANDARES de apartamentos! Das 6 as 8h da manhã era fila para conseguir entrar neles. Até a moça dos passeios disse para ‘se organizar’ pois euro suítes está com elevador em reforma e evitar atrasos nos passeios. Café da manhã com 15 mesas (para total 30 pessoas) em um hotel com 12 andares! No feriado de Tiradentes não tinha lugar p todos sentarem… e por último, tive itens FURTADOS da minha mala DENTRO do apartamento! Fiquei 4 dias e tranquei a mala somente 3 primeiros dias… dei bobeira no último. Um ABSURDO, vergonhoso um staff assim… triste até.

Não recomendo a estadia. Quartos pequenos , estacionamento de difícil acesso, o hotel sem a devida manutenção, infelizmente uma péssima opção para se hospedar.

立地、清潔、フレンドリースタッフ

治安の悪いレシフェでは、まだ治安の1番良いといわれているエリアにある、、ホテル。 スタッフはたくさんいるが英語が話せる人は1人か2人。しかしとてもフレンドリーで明るい。 朝食もブラジルらしくグアバケーキ、タピオカクレープなどあり、美味しかった。
