the venetian macao is an experience itself. from the oversized suite (we booked bella suite, which had view to the city of dream casino across the street), oversized bathroom, grandeur interior. we spent most of the evening exploring the huge complex, which is very impressive with artificial blue sky on the ceiling, venice architectures, canals, gondolas, and off course hundreds of shops and variety of eateries.

Efficient staffs from the hotel's concierge, front receptionist, housekeepers to the security guards standing right outside the casino. Premier Star Suite is really hugh, clean with plenty of in-room amenities, I also love free hotel's access to gym and indoor pool with just the right temperature setting to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Complimentary pass to Golden Reel is a lot of fun too. Batman Dark Flight isn't too bad but I would skip the House of Magic. Go see the House of Dancing Water at City of Dreams, it's worth it!!

My 1st Macau trip. Impressed! Flexible frontdesk staffs who accepted my request for late check out. Room is large and big comforty bed with well equiped bath accessories. Free fast wifi inroom and public areas. Hotel shuttles transport to major locations such as airport , china border, ferry terminal and attractions such as macau city (near st paul), city of dreams, various casinos hotel etc. Wide range of food selection and dinning experiences and cinema for family friends within the hotel. Just crossing the main street (10min walk) will get you to Old Taipa Village for some local cruisine and flea market (sunday only) and sightseeing. Wave pool was closed for servicing maintenance during my stay but from room view, size is attractively enough for fun. Will return for another stay.

We had a blast @ the Hard Rock Hotel. We had a roomy, cozy corner suite with a spectacular view of the Venetian & surrounding canal, palazzo, Marco square & Rialto Bridge. There are awide variety of international cuisines -- we feasted on dumplings, pigs knucles, tapas, paella, sushi, udon, BBQ ribs, and dim sum. It is so much fun to walk around & view all the music paraphernalia. Each floor has a star, and we were fortunate to get the iconic David Bowie! There is shopping galore, with all the latest -- I was able to see the latest Longchamp Sakura bags. Our excursion to the Portuguese was soundly rained out, but we were happy to listen to the potter patter of the rain as we got a couples massage. Honestly it was one of the best hot stone massages I've ever had! So relaxing to have hot stones melt away the tension in my muscles. Absolutely heavenly. And of course, spent hours in the fun, fun, fun casino -- lots & lots of Chinese slots in the City of Dreams. Be sure to join Hard Rock Rewards in one of the shops, and City of Dreams in the casino. Was our best vacation in 38 years together!

we were there to celebrate birthday. Not only we received a red wine for free but also we got upgraded to ex suite which is nice! (we stayed at Sheraton the night before and we go upgraded to a royal suite or something (which was amazingly big!! with entertainment room/guest bath!) the hotel is located within Galaxy, which is a bit far to city of dream so we have to take a cap. wish there were a shuttle bus. But it was very close to a small shopping/restaurant area (just across the street), had the best Portuguese food there! (@ Comida Portuguesa O Santos) too bad we didnt try the hotel facilities, will stay at this hotel again for sure!

Sheraton/conrad/holiday inn are 3 hotel in one big mall compound just like city of dreams. This is the latest casino built in cotai. Once arrived from airport, there is a free shuttle that will take you right to the hotel. From the hotel, there are all kinds of shuttle that will take you to city of dreams, venetian, and galaxy free of charge. The free shuttle will also take you to the border and ferry every 15 minutes. The rooms are quite spacious 42 square meter standard rooms, with free wifi. Inside the hotel is a shopping mall where you shop for MAC, clothings and even banks are readily available. All sorts of buffet restaurants in the mall such as feast, grand orbit, and chinese shabu shabu buffet. I recommend grand orbit its cheaper and has more selections. Mall also has mcdonalds and dimsum and noodle stops. If you apply for a priviledge card inside the casino (free), this gives you 10% discounts in most of its resto. This property belongs to the sands and venetian developers. Sheraton is adjacent to city of dreams and across venetian. It has a pedestrian overpass that will connect to venetian which makes it all convenient. What a perfect choice!

Perhaps I have a unique taste from most Asian people, as I am a Canadian Asian, but this is too luxuriously uncomfortable for me. I travelled with my fiancée to have a weekend getaway, and we were very pleased with the staffs' helpfulness and the room quality, these are two things you can expect from Conrad hotels. However, Conrad hotel was built right between Sheraton and Holiday Inn, so no matter which side your room is facing, you’ll only see the windows of the opposite hotel. The hotel lobby and lounge is directly in between the malls, making it seem less exclusive as gamblers walk by all the time. This hotel is classy, but feels too commercial as it's linked to high-end shopping malls, and somehow they only had Asian (mostly Chinese) foods without a single western one or bars. The location is quite good though, as it is right between the Venetian and City of Dreams, enabling us to enjoy all three areas. Thus, we ended up spending all our nights in City of Dreams, where the SOHO area is a lot more lively with music and good western foods; a lot better than Conrad's classy lounge which for some reason lacks music and atmosphere. Granted, I am the type of person who enjoys Miami beach and chilled night life kind of relaxation. So, if you or your wife loves brand names, wear Prada and Gucci all the time (including your shoes), quiet high tea, and simply don’t like going out much, then this hotel is perfect for you.

I usually stay at the Crown or Hyatt at city of dream but last time I could get a room for the weekend at those hotels. I tried Banyan tree for the first time in Macau. I've been maldives and Thai's banyan tree before. I arrived around three i the afternoon, but the reception told me to hang around because the room was not ready yet. I was quite shocked that the lady didn't even bother to show any kind of gesture about it and told me to hang around till one more hour. My wife & I got little mad, so we showed our frustration. She told us to come back after thrity min. We walked around & came back. We had to wait more at the loby because the room was not ready. However, when we got to the room, it was fabulous. We saw the small pool which was very nice. Bath room was huge, bouble shower heads, also rain shower. The room condition was very nice. It was best among the macau If you ony care about the room condition, it is the place to be. However, the service was worst in macau.

Very satisfying. The hotel rooms were clean. The staffs were able to find a connecting room for me and my kid. The rooms are new and awesome. We had some much fun. There are Casino which accommodate the elderly (the Casino is clean and not noisy and people are gentle). We had good time playing. The rooms are modern and CLEAN. The swimming pool is amazing. It's like the one at Dubai. The buffet is crazily good. I will definitely go back shortly.

this is a well presented hotel with a great atmosphere in a convienent location right in the middle of the city of dreams complex. the staff are very helpful and friendly. this hotel manages to combine a first rate presentation with a homely feel, we felt right at home straight away. the facilities are first class and the restaurants excellent. the room was excellent, a good size (for what we paid) with an lovely decor. we have stayed in a number of hotels in macau over the last twenty years and this hotel provided one our best experiences. we will use this hotel again on another visit to macau.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Macau and most specially in Four Seasons. Service was excellent. We were so impressed with your staff. Special thanks to Jun (He was by the main entrance), Jun arranged for our ride going to the City of Dreams for the Dancing Water Show. He also gave us stuffed piggies with personal notes to each one of us. We love it! And we didn't even ask for any of these :)) Augustino (check in) who was very accommodating and patient to give us guide on how to go around Macau, Margie and Cyrus (check out). It was indeed a very pleasant 2 nights stay with you. We have told our friends and family how great it was staying at the Four Seasons. AND the breakfast was superb! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience with you. I am definitely staying with you again and again!

This is the best value & cheapest hotel if you're staying at the Cotai Strip in Macau. Rooms are decent and clean; comes with TV and adequate toilet, wardrobe facilities. Biggest issue is location, which requires a 2km walk to the Venetian Macao & City of Dreams casinos. There is no nearby public bus stops (nearest is Macau Stadium, some distance to the north). The hotel provides a regular bus service to Venetian Macao but stops you outside the entrance. You have to walk a short distance in yourself. There is no transport from Venetian Macao back to the hotel. You have to take cab or walk back to the hotel yourself. The view of the hotel from the roads is obscured by construction of the yet-to-opened Galaxy Macau, which blocks the view of the hotel. You can't see it clearly. You have to use the Grand Waldo Hotel (next to it) as a reference viewpoint when walking. The in-house Marina Casino is currently under renovation. Breakfast is included in price and is relatively decent (has Western fare like eggs, baked beans, cereals, fruit juices & croissants).
