The hotel is situated at the centre of Macau City wherein it is very near most of Macau City's major attraction. They also offer free shuttle from-to the port area, though they don't have one going to the Macau Airport. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. They have very nice and clean rooms. The rooms are well-maintained. The buffet breakfast is good though they are almost with the same variety everyday, but they tastes delicious and most is asian cuisine. I love their variety of bread though. The wi-fi is strong in our room so giving 5 stars to this hotel.

For a short stay in Macau to see the historical sites what better place to start than one of the oldest casino hotels on the island. The Lisboa is in easy walking distance to the historic centre of Macau and is very well served by all forms of transport. The casinos are somewhat dated, but hey, that is history. The rooms are extremely well equipped and modern with great decor. Relative to the prices of the new modern super casino hotels you get a lot for your money. The staff are very helpful though I be prepared for some delays in the checking process as you will be surprised just how many people stay there.

I didn't expect tk stay at such a beautiful hotel at this price! HK and Macau hotels are quite overpriced, but I think Harbourview hotel is not. First of all, it's really close to ferry station 5min by shuttle bus and Sands macau hotel 2min by walk where u can take the suttle bus to Venetian hotel, ferry station, and other casinos. Rooms are antic and beautifully designed. The shower booth and bath are perfect and all the soaps are Loccitant products. On the first floor, there is Goudiva shop where u can buy the wonderful chocolate icecream and drinks. I didn't have breakfast there, so can't judge it, but the rest of the service was perfect.

The Rio Hotel and Casino proved to be an excellent choice for my fiancee and I. We stayed from the 25th to 29th October 2018. The reception area is impressive and provides a good first impression. I had booked a Deluxe room with daily breakfast and were told upon checking in that we had been allocated an extra large room. The combined area of the lounge/sleeping/bathroom area was huge, ( as big as an average 2 bedroom flat in Australia ) I was happy with the location of the Hotel as it was central to many of Macaus attactions ( almost at the base of Guia Lighthouse ) but not surrounded by other Hotels. There is gambling in the Hotel but we were there for the historic buildings, gardens and temples so I can not report on the gambling activities. On the 2 occasions I used the rooftop swimming pool in the late afternoon I had the facility to myself.

This is honestly a great place to stay in Macau. Although you are in the middle of the city, the views of the river is amazing. It is situated close to the Historic Centre of Macau, around 10 to 15 mins walk which adds to the bonus. The hotel facility is amazing, the hotel provides l'occitane handwash and shampoo which is a nice touch. The gym is top notch with sweat towels and water provided, the pool was amazing and you can get a a good view of the river. The buffet was one of the best and the variety is on the next level, words just can't describe our experience here. The hotel also offers a free ride to the Ferry terminal and the staff were very helpful to advise on time and check in process.

It was indeed a stay worth rating. The location was superb; it was near several key bus stops that goes to and from in Macau. It was also quite near for take-home goodies and a wide variety of gastronomic choices to choose from including a Filipino restaurant. The rooma were clean and these were cleaned regularly during our stay. The front desk was very accomodating; even if we arrived early at the hotel and was not permitted to check in early, they secured our things and even tied a knot on our luggage for us to feel secured while we went out prior to 2pm. The bill was worth paying for having noted the aforesaid comments. The downside however was the shower... it ia quite old and perhaps it needs fixing. There were bursts of water from every whole the shower had. Likewise, it is also recommended the lobby would have additional waiting room. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars out of 5. We will probably be booking at this hotel in the near future.. God willing

Actually, the hotel is in the middle of everything. The hotel is very close to Ferry station, and around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, 24h supermarkets, and in the really next door to tree lamp quarter where u can buy original clothing designer in macau. Hotel is a bit worn, hence, room and air condition system could be renewed. But the room is kept clean. Sofar depends on the price one pay, it is worth the money staying there. While I have read that most staffs could not speak english, but I just have experience the opposite site. Every times, I was talking with staffs at check in counter. They can speak english.

The place is strategically located in the heart of the old town and just a few minutes walk to the famous attractions and good eateries. The room is spacious and with quality amenities. The only down side about this hotel is that there is no in house cafe, the cafe next door where they serve your complementary breakfast is quite a disappointing one. So it's best not to opt for breakfast being included with your room stay, you can get really nice meals for reasonable price just a few streets away. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Overall it's a place worth your pennies if you're into seeing the heritage side of Macau!

Location of this hotel was very good. Right in the city centre and accessible to lots of eating places. Walking distance to some big casino hotels where you can hop on their shuttle buses to visit Galaxy, Venetian, etc. Room was newly renovated and spacious, and clean. Bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a bathtub. The normal toiletries were provided. However, the bathroom sink lacks counter space for two persons to put their own toiletries. An electric kettle was provided with some complimentary teabags. No coffee though. 2 bottles of complimentary water was given everyday. Staff at reception was kind and helpful. Checking in and out was quick. Did not purchase the breakfast option so cannot comment on the food. However, I found that it is cheaper to get the breakfast when you book the room compared to buying it at the hotel. All in, a very enjoyable stay. Will stay here again if I visit Macau in future.

Although in the northern part of Macau - transport by bus too and from very convenient to all parts of Macau. Main bus stop is just across the road from the hotel by a small park - from memory No 3 goes to most tourist areas including the ferry terminal. The restaurant in the hotel caters for the Chinese tastes - there are many other restaurants around however that cheaply satisfy western taste buds. Accommodation is clean and reasonably spacious for the price -

The hotel is excellent. Very friendly staff;large,comfortable and clean rooms; and have an amazingly artistic boutique design and architecture (Which looks more of a typical Parisian hotel.) The buffet breakfast is also very good. There is a park outside with playgrounds for children and adults. (Actually there are actually plenty of parks in the whole Macau) It's the best place in main Macau It's located on the Historic Centre of Macau. All you gotta do is walk and see all of the old building, churches and all of the culture, history and art of Macau There are also the museums and old office buildings. There are also plenty shops all around these old buildings selling all types of items from luxury clothes to food. (There are plenty of shops selling Macanese delicacies giving free samples. There are also convenience stores and markets. The street food is superb. It is best to walk to walk aound as there is something interesting or attraction every few hundred metres which you would miss if you're public transport. (Take Public Public transport only wwhen goiung to the casinos in the Venetian area or airport.) Internet connectivity is fair

This hotel is definitely the best hotel we stayed at. The hotel room is state of the art. Everything is automatic. The location of the hotel is very convinient. Located at the heart of Macau city,, just 10 min walk to Senado square and 10 min taxi drive to Macau Tower. It's accross Wyns and 3 blocks to MGM and Starworld Casino. The structure of the hotel is so unique and tall that it stands out from it's neighboring building you can even see it at Venetian Hotel (considering it's on the other side of the island) or at Senado Square. I would definitely stay on this hotel if I ever come back.

Stayed along with my parents and it was amazing. From its design outside which is very palace like to the inside where in interior very much like leave up to the design outside. Inside is very luxurious and detailed, room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. My mom is shocked on how the television goes up from the cabinet, but the best of all from this hotel are the staff who not only serve us but also made sure that we will be able to have unforgettable stay as it is the 31st anniversary of my parents. From the moment we enter the hotel the front line staff Amad, greeted us and helped us on our luggage and led us to the front desk. Eva did the checking in which is fast and very professional she even greeted my parents a happy anniversary as soon as she knew it. Rose escorted us to the room, she told us all the hotel facilities and room amenities. Brian from the Concierge helped us with our luggage and provided some information in Macau. He also waited for us near the recreation to escort us to go to the lounge on eight. Lyn from the lounge on eight is very nice and engaging, the overall experience in the lounge on eight which is already very good is greatly enhanced because of her costumer engagement. Upon going out. Jury helped us on where to go, he gave us detailed information on which place to visit and which is very good place to go as my mom is having difficulty on walking. The room attendant, Sam, Dennis and Jonathan did a good job, service was really fast. Upon going to recreation Yumiko did a good job even we find it hard to communicate she tried her best to explain every facilities to us at the recreation. The gallery bar is very nice and cozy aswell, it has a very elegant vibe in it and is greatly enhanced by what louie made for us. Upon check out, Jack helped us with the luggage and helped us on how to get to the bus station going to Hong Kong The overall experience is really great my parents anniversarry become extra special as what Ros

Down to earth hotel with everything you need. No casinos attached or nearby, which is great for people who enjoy the quieter and more local residential side of Macau. There are nice small eateries right downstairs offering cuisines of different cultures and a quaint lovable square where locals gather for exercise (in the morning) and ad hoc outdoors drinks (in weekend evenings). Situated in a very navigable location, the hotel is within walking distance from the historic centre (Senado, Ruins of St Paul's, etc). Go across the main street (R do Alm Sergio) and there is a line of interesting industrial wharfs (not to be confused with the artificial tourist construct called Fishermen's Wharf near the ferry terminal to Hong Kong) with godown and wharfing facilities both in and out of use but equally run down (and therefore photogenic).

A very well appointed 3-star hotel. Entering the lobby, you may feel like getting into a 5-star hotel. But this hotel does not provide facilities one can expect from 5-star establishments. This may not be a bad thing. The lack of facilities keeps the hotel quiet. The historic centre of Macau is 40 minutes away by foot. But there are some other attractions along the way depending on your route. Rooms have view of the harbour. Luxury toiletries are provided. In all, a very good value.

Since the hotel does not have a casino, its less busy than other Macau hotels, which was what we loved about this place. There is not much in the immediate vicinity of the building, but its just across the street from the MGM & Wynn Macau. The reception and house-keeping staff were kind and helpful. The room was tastefully furnished. We had the noble suite with separate living and bed room, the size was great, bathroom was huge with both tub and shower, and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was included, although not a big variety was offered, but it was adequate. Overall, it was a very pleasant overnight stay.

Location of Presidente Hotel is good, just opposite Star World and Wynn Hotel. The room offers a good view of Macau Tower and the surrounding hotels, with the sea in the horizon. The service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Even the front desk provided us with vital info to get to the wet market at Senado Square for a local feel of the place. The American breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor was great, better than the buffet breakfast provided on the 4th floor. Even though upgrading was in progress at the Presidente Hotel, the noise level was kept to a minumum and was acceptable. This is our return visit to Macau, staying at the Presidente Hotel and we are very pleased with the service provided.

Good value for money. Spacious room with a nice sea view. Far from the busy streets of macau but there's a bus stop few blocks from the hotel that pass through senado sqaure fare is 6mop. Free shuttle to and from macau ferry terminal. If you want to save a lot from taxi you can use their free shuttle to ferry terminal and just transfer to another shuttle to destination of your choice like parisian, venetian mgm etc. They have free shuttles too! We had a pleasant stay at Crowne!

The Holiday Inn in Macau is a perfect stay for those who don't want or can't afford one of the big casinos. It's location is right in the middle of Macau, within walking distance of many casinos such as the MGM, WYNN, and the new LISBOA. The rooms in the upper floors have recently been refurbished and are decorated very nicely. All rooms are very comfortable and have large bathrooms. The staff is exceptional and always greet us with a smile. We go to Macau about once a month and the Holiday Inn is always our choice for lodging.

I have no expectations when I booked at this hotel since we will only stay here for 1 night. I booked 2 rooms since we're 6 in the group. I checked their website and tried to sent email asking for directions but the email went back. ( I think email on their website is not working anymore). When we arrived at Macau via Turbojet we were approached by a fellow Fillipina and we asked for direction. She mentioned that we need to take bus 3A Praca Ponte Horte/Terminal but we're so excited so as soon as we saw bus 3A we hopped in. We took bus 3APortas Do Cerco Terminal so it took us an hour to figure our way back.Not everyone speak English as well and good thing the one that I asked when we got off at Portas Do Cerco Terminal showed us that way and he tried his very best that we should take another bus 3A Ponte Horte/terminal and we can see our hotel. It took us 30 minutes because it's traffic an it's raining. This is the last stop and as soon as we get off the bus we saw Macau Masters Hotel. The facade of the building is old and not that attractive but the inside is just fine.They charged the fee a 2 days before our stay so it was easy during check in.They have small cafeteria and lobby but clean. The elevator is also small so max of 3-4 per ride and you need your room key to get up to your desired floor. We were surprised to see our room because it's big with standard twin beds. There's also 2 chairs and table with cabinet and small ref inside. Their TV is also big and there's enough space to put things on the table. With complimentary drinks and water heater if you want to drink coffee. The restroom is big as well and with hot/cold shower and batch tub. They have extra bed sheets and comforters inside the cabinet and hangers for your clothes. There's enough bed pillows as well. The room is clean and they have room heater as well. There's free wifi as well. My nephew got too excited in opening cabinets and the door fell off but good thing he was able to move r

this is the first time to stay in this hotel. the hotel is located in the centre of macau, 10 minutes ride by free shuttle from the ferry terminal. the room size is large enough for two with clean toilet, comfortable bedding, and having a beautiful seaview. overall, everything is good except one important issue have to be improved....proper training to the staffs.

we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. no regrets. it was value for money. the hotel rooms were very clean and location is very convenient. we can even walk to the ferry terminal where all the casino free shuttle meet. we just hopped around the free shuttle and go around. note that the yaohan shopping centre has moved to next to emperior hotel.. there is only a small yaohan at the ferry terminal. no worries, you can take the hourly shuttle provided by golden dragon hotel to ferry terminal. the porter who is at the hotel door is so friendly to find us the bus schedule. opp the hotel is the fisherman wharf, can go there to take photo. nice ! at the back of the hotel, there is a monument - lotus - to celebrate the return of macau to china. enjoy.

Being a constant traveler, I had high expectations for Wynn. We've been to other hotels in Macau, but I must say that Wynn is the best one we've stayed in! The amenities are nice, the rooms are quite modern and spacious. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great! The only downside is that the location of the hotel is not at the center of Macau. Nonetheless, it is a very beautiful hotel -- worth every dollar! It's really 5-star and posh, I'd love to stay here again in my next trip!

easonable price, comfortable, and nice. It is suitable and best choices for bagpacker. My personal share view about Macau is: Macau is a Chinese and Spanish culture city, especially old local building, historical building, Old Roman Catholic church, old Chinese temple, entry ticket is very cheap (MOP 10) to see Panda in Macau City unlike in China the entry ticket is RMB100 and above, plus most of the tourism places in Macau city does not need entry ticket including museum. Food in Macau is nice and only McDonald available in Macau city, and no KFC in Macau. Regarding gambling places, most of these places are free entry, beautiful and elegant designed, especially The Venetian is the best and worth to visit in evening 5PM. Chinese people in Macau is very nice, helpful, and civilize, but if you are able to speak cantonese to them, they are even willingly and helpful to you. Merely bus in Macau not really covenience sometimes although is cheap, easily get confuse, and taxi in Macau is espensive. Macau City is a nice place to visit although its small.

Luxury at its best that is reasonably priced hotel. The bellhop was so kind helping us with our luggage, loading it to the compartment area . Observed that guests are treated warmly with a smile. More exclusive than any other hotel. The hotel concierge were so friendly and extremely helpful. Even gave my son an umbrella (with Sands logo) as a souvenir. I have nothing negative to say about their service and the hotel as a whole. One of the best and most luxurious hotel we've ever went to. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or for families.
