This is our 1st time to stay in Royal, which should be rated as a 4 star hotel in terms of its interior design & facilities. Apart from this, everything is perfect for us. All hotel staff are very helpful & friendly. They managed to fulfill all our requests upon our arrival i.e. changing rooms & late check out. Hotel's location is very close to the town centre & other attractions. There are also free hotel shuttle buses leaving every half an hour til around 9:00pm to other big casinos & ferry port if you don't like walking. Their rooms are clean and the beddings are comfortable though the size of the room isn't too big (we had a connecting room on the Premier floor). Their indoor swimming pool is just the right size, but the water is a little deep for our babies (should suit kids age 7+). Their refreshment including breakfast & drinks are of good standard. We couldn't eat dinner on our 1st night as they provided 4 hours of tea refreshment (from 4:00pm - 8:00pm) in the lobby that really filled us up! Overall, it was a very nice 3 days 2 nights holiday. We all agree that the whole experience worths more than a 5 star, thanks agoda. Will recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

shuttle service is provided from the ferry terminal. don't get confused with the grand lisboa casino buses, they don't allow passengers with luggage. if only the staffs from the lisboa chain could direct us clearly, we were towing luggage thru and fro like monkeys. thankfully, a staff from another hotel, yes another hotel, showed us the way to the right bus. getting around macau is easy with the free shuttle all around. lisboa also provide shuttle service to the border. :) checking-in was fast, though communication is a little slow. we were brought to our room by 2 staffs from the concierge. along the way, they tried their best to introduce the facilities, amenities and services, went the extra mile by pointing out almost every buildings and architecture, explaining its history/purposes. couldn't thank you guys well enough! the room is slightly dated, a bit tacky but the bathroom is awesome. the shower is computer operated, double as a jacuzzi/steam bath. lots of functions, took me 10 mins to figure out. the view was awesome, overlooking the lake and tower (we got ourselves the lake view room). and the best of all, mini bar is free and restocked everyday! free broadband too! here's the cons: 1. requested for 2 extra towels on the first day and we were given without any hassle. on the 2nd day, i purposely place my used towel neatly on the rack (usually in most hotels, this is an indication that the towels need not be replace with a new one). so when i discover i'm left with 2 new towels, i called again for extras. she flatly refused stating it's due to the hotel's policy. are you freaking serious?! 2. pool is far (at the new grand lisboa hotel) and you have to walk along the basement full of "ladies of the night". a huge turn off! lisboa hotel is the definitely the best hotel which won't burn a hole in your pocket!

I booked a 1 night stay at Harbourview Hotel, Macau on March 22-23, 2019 to celebrate my birthday. Indeed, we had the best stay in Macau and the most unforgettable birthday salubong. The hotel is very nice and clean. Not to mention that the location is also very strategically located around the tourists distinations so very easy to go around the city. The staff are very accommodating to us. We were given the best service from toiletress to water to coffee. Especial thanks to the following staff: John Arnaiz, Jeffrey, Jed, Walter and Ms. Hannah from housekeeping for the warm hospitality. Iba talaga ang alagang pinoy! Until our next stay, Harbourview!

We stayed 3 nights and we had no problem finding the place we wanted to go. Easy access to tourist attraction spot and reachable with public bus services. Some even reachable by walking from the hotel. Food is not a problem around the hotel. Hotel room is clean,spacious and quiet which really gave us a complete rest and quality sleep. We enjoyed and would like to stay in the same hotel in our future trip.

My husband and I and our two children (ages 24 and 18) stayed at Emperor Hotel Macau for one night only. I did an internet search and booking and I chose Emperor Hotel Macau as I thought that the price of the room was reasonable given its location and size of the room from the photo posted in the internet. When we arrived at the hotel at lunchtime, on 20 August 2009, I thought that the Hotel was a refreshing site for me as it appeared to be quiet despite the many guests in the reception area. Hotel staff at the reception area look very young and vibrant and appear to be competent. Their casual uniforms (blue collared t-shirt) is cool. The overall ambiance provide warmth, like an environment close to home despite being away from home. the staff at the reception area who attended to us and promised that our room will be available in an hour, was very competent and credible. Even if after an hour, we were told by another staff that our rooms are still being cleaned, they offered for us to stay in one room which was already available and the key to the other room he personally delivered in our room. We appreciate the gesture, the effort and warm welcome. We value the service of the hotel and liked its overall location which is in the midst of other hotels with casinos. Despite the one weakness I mentioned above (i.e. the smell of cigarette smoke on the floor where we stayed which was supposed to be a non-smoking floor), my family likes to go back and stay again at Emperor Hotel Macau.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. We were over to see The House of Dancing Water (which was excellent - though beware, we saw the 5pm show and it's nigh impossible to get a taxi afterwards at the City of Dreams. We waited an hour) and decided that we wanted to stay away from the Cotai strip as we have no interest in gambling. The Sofitel’s rooms looked gorgeous and fell into a reasonable price bracket so having booked it the night before, we made our way over after the show. Upon check-in, we were surprised and delighted to have our room upgraded when the staff learned that the trip was a late birthday present for my girlfriend, and our suite on the 17th floor was nothing short of superb. All we wanted was a room with a comfortable bed and a bath big enough for the two of us to unwind in after a long day, and our upgraded digs ticked both boxes off - and then some. Fantastic views from up high, as well. Having missed our dinner reservations at Fernando's (due to the hour-long taxi wait at the City of Dreams), we decided to instead dine at the hotel's Mistral restaurant, treating ourselves to the buffet spread - which was excellent. As the hotel is located conveniently in town, near the western shore of Macau's northern part, we decided to walk into Macau's historic town the next day and see the sights such as the Ruins of St Paul's and the historic fortress on the hill (which also contains the history museum and offers a gorgeous view of the surrounds, including the Sofitel's striking building) before heading home to Hong Kong in the afternoon. All in all, we had a lovely short stay in Macau - in no small part due to our plush room and the great service we enjoyed from all of the hotel staff - and would definitely choose to stay again at the Sofitel Macau on Ponte 16.

Super impressed with this hotel! You get the quiet grandeur of a 5 star hotel without the overwhelming crowds. The service staff from front desk to housekeeping were impeccable, attentive and quick to respond. The resort grounds were beautiful, and there is a small but serene park just out the back door of the hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, and the bathroom feels classy without being showy. Separate bath and shower. For those wanting to visit casinos, Sands is just next door, easily accessed through the back door of the hotel. Wynn and Star World are a 15 mins walk or a short cab ride away. There is a Starbucks in Sands. Breakfast spread was good, with an egg and pancake/waffle station, fruits, cereal, cold cuts and cheeses, Asian congee noodles and dim sum, and breads. Best thing is you don’t have to “fight” for breakfast unlike at most hotels in Macau. The breakfast cafe felt more like a dining room in a colonial mansion. Absolutely lovely place, and my father and I enjoyed our stay very much.

It was indeed a stay worth rating. The location was superb; it was near several key bus stops that goes to and from in Macau. It was also quite near for take-home goodies and a wide variety of gastronomic choices to choose from including a Filipino restaurant. The rooma were clean and these were cleaned regularly during our stay. The front desk was very accomodating; even if we arrived early at the hotel and was not permitted to check in early, they secured our things and even tied a knot on our luggage for us to feel secured while we went out prior to 2pm. The bill was worth paying for having noted the aforesaid comments. The downside however was the shower... it ia quite old and perhaps it needs fixing. There were bursts of water from every whole the shower had. Likewise, it is also recommended the lobby would have additional waiting room. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars out of 5. We will probably be booking at this hotel in the near future.. God willing

I loved Sintra Hotel! The location is excellent --very near the tourist attractions like the Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul, Casino Lisboa. There is a bus stop a minute away from the hotel, and you can ride the bus to go to the Macau Tower, Fisherman's Wharf and other places. It also provides free shuttle to the Macau Ferry Terminal, where you can hop on the free shuttle service to The Venetian and City of Dreams. Very convenient. The room itself was excellent too, very reminiscent of Shangri-la decor, beds and bath. It provides not only the basic shampoo and soap, but also a shower gel, cotton, q-tips, sewing kit, shaving kit. It also has an LCD TV featuring many English channels (not just Chinese channels). The view outside our room wasnt very nice, but we hardly look out the window anyway. The service was excellent. Everyone from the waitresses at the restaurant, the reception staff, the bellhop and the guards were very helpful and friendly. The guards and the bellhop speak English very well, and they can give you good directions and tips. Two minutes away from the hotel is Margaret's Cafe, serving yummy and cheap sandwiches, great coffee and the best portuguese egg tarts. All in all, it's two thumbs up for Hotel Sintra! If I ever go back to Macau, I will definitely book here again, and will recommend the hotel to all.

We stayed overnight at this hotel and enjoyed it. The ride from the hotel we stayed at previously was only 15 minutes and the bus stops are only 5 minutes away. We also paid special attention to their staff as most of them know how to speak English. There is no breakfast in the package we availed but the place is near all Macau's famous restaurants that visitors should all try. On our way to the hotel in the night, we also noticed a lot of convenience stores around that cater for the emergency needs of visitors. The only sad part is when we went there this August, the roads were being renovated and most of them are closed but the detour signals were not hard to follow. Thanks to the receptionist that kept helping us when we asked help when we got there.

The stay at the hotel was very nice. I booked an executive room and was unaware that I could have gone straight up to the 16th floor to check in. The speedy checkout process in the business lounge was nice and fast. I was unable to find a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They appear to share a shuttle with another chain with Emperor labeled on the outside of the van. Much smaller than the big chains vans. They did have a shuttle to the ferry terminal which was good. For those with onward travel to HKG you have to ensure your time between landing and flight departure is at least 2 hours. I was unable to take the direct ferry to the airport because I would have only had 1.5 hours.

I usually travel alone, and a hotel is just a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. So I usually don't spend a lot on lodging. Victoria Hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is a bit north and out of the way, but it's great because I could experience the culture. Plus, there are 3 bus stops within 2 minute walking distance of the hotel. I did not eat at the hotel, so I have nothing to say about their food. Also, I did not bring a computer nor a smartphone, so I don't know if their wifi works or not. Overall, an awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Was there for only 1 night (wish i could stay longer), arrive with a warm greeting from friendly (English speaking) staff (warm our heart from the cold weather). Although its a 2- star hotel, the settings and comfort level is way up high. Good location with walking distance to the senado square, st paul ruins, Margaret's Portuguese egg tart & casino!! I would recommend to my friends and also will return to the cozy hotel for my future stay! Thumps up! The room even come with amenities like shower cap, toothbrushes, soap, nail file, tea bags, water boiler, disposable slipper. Bearing in mind that some 3 or 4 stars hotels does not even provide some of these items! Please note that map of macau do not reflect as ole london hotel, only mention as london hotel only. The only few cons about the hotel is room has no heater, even when we turn on the air-con to max (30 degree) it doesn't seems to work, as we were there during winter and was a few days where there was a cold draft, with temp falling below 8degree. No mini fridge as well, but not too much a problem for me as we went during winter.

Pros - 1)unbelievable steam shower, 2)jacouzzi in the bathroom 3)tv screens everywhere 4)view was amazing 5)staff very friendly and always wanting to please 6) best location - we could walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go Cons - 1)renovations going on , on lower floors and nobody told us until we complained about the noise and got moved. 2) the only reason i booked this hotel was because i read somewhere that it had the best views for new years eve fireworks .....well there werent any! So very disappointed!! 3) a bit of a communication problem - a lot of the staff were very friendly but dont speak or understand english very well, or should i say, we dont speak chinese at all! So there were a few times where they didnt know wot we were asking for.

We got the double room that came with a HUGE king-size bed! And the bathroom was super roomy too! Basic toiletries (bedroom slippers, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo) provided and replenished by the honest and dutiful cleaning lady! Bath towels and hand towels were changed anew with every new round of housekeeping (we stayed for 4 days in all)! Good sound insulation because we didn't get disturbed by other guests inside the hotel or the human/vehicular traffic outside! And we highly recommend the in-house restaurant for tasty, affordable dishes from as early as 8am to as late as 10.30am! The front desk operates 24/7 (a lady during the day, and a gentleman at night), and was very helpful in giving us sightseeing advice/travel directions, as well as helping us adjust the water heater in our room very promptly (the technician was sent to us straightaway)! We're so glad we chose this hotel, and will definitely stay here again next time we're back in Macau! :)

Stayed along with my parents and it was amazing. From its design outside which is very palace like to the inside where in interior very much like leave up to the design outside. Inside is very luxurious and detailed, room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. My mom is shocked on how the television goes up from the cabinet, but the best of all from this hotel are the staff who not only serve us but also made sure that we will be able to have unforgettable stay as it is the 31st anniversary of my parents. From the moment we enter the hotel the front line staff Amad, greeted us and helped us on our luggage and led us to the front desk. Eva did the checking in which is fast and very professional she even greeted my parents a happy anniversary as soon as she knew it. Rose escorted us to the room, she told us all the hotel facilities and room amenities. Brian from the Concierge helped us with our luggage and provided some information in Macau. He also waited for us near the recreation to escort us to go to the lounge on eight. Lyn from the lounge on eight is very nice and engaging, the overall experience in the lounge on eight which is already very good is greatly enhanced because of her costumer engagement. Upon going out. Jury helped us on where to go, he gave us detailed information on which place to visit and which is very good place to go as my mom is having difficulty on walking. The room attendant, Sam, Dennis and Jonathan did a good job, service was really fast. Upon going to recreation Yumiko did a good job even we find it hard to communicate she tried her best to explain every facilities to us at the recreation. The gallery bar is very nice and cozy aswell, it has a very elegant vibe in it and is greatly enhanced by what louie made for us. Upon check out, Jack helped us with the luggage and helped us on how to get to the bus station going to Hong Kong The overall experience is really great my parents anniversarry become extra special as what Ros

this is our first time staying in this hotel. it is not a very big hotel but it gives us a very homely feel. we love the room's decoration even though the room is small. the location of the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to senado square, the place where it will lead you to most of the places of interest, like ruins of st paul, mount fortress, na tcha temple, st dominic's church, etc. the room is neat and clean and the bed is comfortable too. the hotel may not be very well known by the taxi drivers. if you are going to macau from hong kong, take bus 3 or 3a from the macau ferry terminal (outer harbour) to go to the hotel. alight at the bus stop once you have passed the senado square and asked the locals for directions to the hotel. the hotel is located at a small alley. the hotel provides free wi-fi in the room and the network is strong. there are also many shops just outside the hotel that sell local products like portugese egg tarts, peanut candy, almond cookies, etc. if you want to go to taipa where many casinos are located, a taxi trip will cost you about mop65.

Only 40 minutes from Macao Airport by taking bus No 26 and get off at PRACA PONTE HORTA in front of 7 Eleven. Walk back to the LEFT CORNER of the building, you will see HOTEL SUN SUN on your right. From the hotel, you can walk to Senado Square, St Dominic Church, Ruins of St Paul's etc. Wherever you would like to visit such as A-MA Temple, Church of Our Lady of Penha, Statue of Kun Iam, etc., you can start from such bus stop mentioned above. That's why I said, "Worth staying at Best Western Sun Sun (Hotel Sun Sun) and experience Macao".

We booked Rocks Hotel as we were informed that we need to be a guest of one of the 2 hotels in Fisherman's Wharf, to be entitled to have our pre-wedding photoshoot at Fisherman's Wharf. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the Hotel's interior and layout and we further enquired to take pre-wedding pictures in the Hotel. However, we were informed that we are not allowed to do so, unless we purchase their pre-wedding photoshoot package, which is a top up of MOP2,000 for the permit or MOP2,300 for the permit and an upgrade of our rooms. It was too expensive and we decided not to proceed with it. Nonetheless, we had a great time and we enjoyed the location of the hotel. They offer free shuttle to several places including the ferry terminal. The only problem with the free shuttle was the place they dropped us has no shade and we were drenched when we were dropped off at the terminal.

I had stay many hotels in Macau and this is the best so far. Emailed them to inform I'm celebrating my wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room to noble suite and provide a free red wine too. Room is huge, clean and luxurious. There are 3 TV (living room, bed room and bathroom), washing machine, microwave, refrigerator etc. Bathroom is huge and shower items are good (L'OCCITANE). Really feel like a living in a super luxurious home in overseas with 5 stars hotel services. Location is also good ( Stone throw to MGM and few mins walk to Wynn and Starworld). Highly recommended to all type of travellers!

Our room is located on the 16th floor of Presidente Hotel. One can get a clear view of neighbouring 5-star hotels such as MGM,Star World and Wyn Hotel. It is also within walking distance to Holiday Inn, Landmark Hotel, Lisboa and Grand Lisboa Casino and many good restaurants. We were able to use the free shuttle services provided by the 5-star hotels to get to most of the tourist attractions as well as to Fisherman's Wharf and Ferry Terminal. It is quite clear that anyone can hop in and out of these shuttle buses irrespective of whether you are their guest or not. The place is neither busy nor crowded and we feel very safe walking around even late at night. Most people there are decent looking and very helpful when we ask for information or direction. The taxi drivers that we encountered need to show more courtesy and patience. Overall we have a good stay and we are thankful to Agoda for giving us a good rate through advance booking.

Average I received good hospitality at the hotel but bad from: 1) I called front desk on 18/1 at 07:45 for the opening hours of the swimming pool, the lady picked up the phone and said nothing, passed the phone to a man, I repeated my question, then the lady answered me again, weird! 2) I requested a window seat when arriving 3/F at around 09:20, Flora ZHANG said unavailable. 10 minutes later, I met Flora again in the canteen and asked her to arrange if available, she promised. At 0945, I saw there were at least 3 window tables and being well prepared, I took photos for record. (If you like, I can send you). Later on, Flora led a foreign male guest to one of the window seats. I then waited for another 3 mins. Eventually I waved Flora to my table and asked if she still remember of our request. She said Yes! But still no window seat available, I then told her the above and received her apology. 3) clear my cutlery and drink when we were away the table for getting food

In haste and on the cheap, I booked this hotel on the fly, as a day trip from Macau. I was amazed at how well appointed it was. It was not the cramped motel cheepo place I was expecting at all, but quite a beautiful hotel. A large clean and spacious lobby with a staff that was beyond courteous awaited us at check in. Upon check –in there was a bit of difficulty finding my reservation (probably due to my last minute booking with Orbitz) but they were very gracious as they pleaded for my patience. I was treated like royalty and tended to in every respectable way. The concierge and managers spoke English very good and were a considerable help in getting around and getting cabs for us to take us to any destination. I would like to thank and commend the management, and especially Sara who made getting our New Year sightseeing around Zhuhai fantastic. They were all very understandable and we were able to explore the town a little more boldly as a result. I never felt as though I was on my own, lost or out of luck as long as I had the hotel key and concierge business card. As soon as I showed it to any cab driver they knew exactly what to do. I can only describe the staff in general as gracious, courteous, respectful and eager to please. The executive room was about as large as a Manhattan loft and clean and included the following; a nice big DLP TV with remote, a huge king size bed, large work table, dual air controllers, spacious bathroom with large shower room and tub room, modern toilets, 2 spacious closets, a safe, robes, umbrellas, flashlight and emergency evac hood with oxygen (just in case) Spartan but functional mini bar, complimentary bottled water, toiletries including toothbrushes and combs as well as soaps and shampoos. About 10 minutes after arrival a call from the front desk asking if everything was to my liking. I also recommend the laundry if you need. It is very affordable and efficient.

I have no expectations when I booked at this hotel since we will only stay here for 1 night. I booked 2 rooms since we're 6 in the group. I checked their website and tried to sent email asking for directions but the email went back. ( I think email on their website is not working anymore). When we arrived at Macau via Turbojet we were approached by a fellow Fillipina and we asked for direction. She mentioned that we need to take bus 3A Praca Ponte Horte/Terminal but we're so excited so as soon as we saw bus 3A we hopped in. We took bus 3APortas Do Cerco Terminal so it took us an hour to figure our way back.Not everyone speak English as well and good thing the one that I asked when we got off at Portas Do Cerco Terminal showed us that way and he tried his very best that we should take another bus 3A Ponte Horte/terminal and we can see our hotel. It took us 30 minutes because it's traffic an it's raining. This is the last stop and as soon as we get off the bus we saw Macau Masters Hotel. The facade of the building is old and not that attractive but the inside is just fine.They charged the fee a 2 days before our stay so it was easy during check in.They have small cafeteria and lobby but clean. The elevator is also small so max of 3-4 per ride and you need your room key to get up to your desired floor. We were surprised to see our room because it's big with standard twin beds. There's also 2 chairs and table with cabinet and small ref inside. Their TV is also big and there's enough space to put things on the table. With complimentary drinks and water heater if you want to drink coffee. The restroom is big as well and with hot/cold shower and batch tub. They have extra bed sheets and comforters inside the cabinet and hangers for your clothes. There's enough bed pillows as well. The room is clean and they have room heater as well. There's free wifi as well. My nephew got too excited in opening cabinets and the door fell off but good thing he was able to move r

We went to check in early but need to wait until 3pm to check in into the Grand Suite. We went to the buffet which cost 418++ and the food is just excellent. Worth the price as the seafood, Chinese food and the variety spoilt our choices and I filled every bit of space in my stomach. When we went back to the receptionist at 4.30 pm, they made a mistake and told me that our room is not ready. My wife was frustrated but the staff was quick to make amendments and gave us a free 1 room super suite upgrade at level 24. The room is the best we could every imagine and it is too luxurious for only both of us. The amenities inside made us speechless and the view made us awake and would not want to sleep. They provide the corner unit which we had the maximum view. We have complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and we could not ask for more. Lastly, the conceirge staff is the best as she recommended us the right place to visit and help to provide all relevant details to book the turbojet back to HK. Thumbs up !

I took a day off from Hong Kong to visit Macau. I selected this hotel because it was very close to the main Turbojet ferry terminal (though not for Cotai and other ferries). Hotel is visible from the ferry itself. There is an airconditioned elevated walkway for two thirds of the distance to the hotel - which made life easy for me since I had my suitcase. Outstanding location for this purpose. Hotel itself was very nice. Rooms and bathrooms were of adequate size and well furnished to 4 star standards and worth what I paid for it. A few tips for Indian travellers: Many reviews say the bed is hard - but the hardness is similar to coirfoam and sleepwell mattresses which I use at home and I did not find it a problem. Only those used to spring mattresses will find it hard. Bathroom has no hand flush or bidet system, so be prepared. If you are a vegetarian, there is absolutely nothing to eat near the hotel - be prepared to travel very far to find food. Shops nearby (there are many) will sell you bread, cheese slices and butter only. Nobody speaks English and people including shopkeepers are very rude. A few tips for family travellers: This hotel has entire floors dedicated to "services" like Sauna 18 (which means "massage services" if you get my meaning) and table dancing (that is what it says on the lift button). Outsiders also come. The latter apparently is an adult show where a man and woman do "everything" in front of a crowded audience - touted to me as a f*** show. This is not a place to take children unless you want to answer some embarassing questions - and definitely not for adolescents. The casino has mainly black jack and if you dont speak Chinese and are not a gambler, you cant understand anything at all. Rooms are full of smoke. There is no Roulette (it is there in 3-4 nearby Giant sized casinos - Macau is full of casinos around every corner, full of smoke and crowd). There are good buses nearby to go all over Macau. Great location for sight

Mostly, we liked the Wynn Macau for the high quality of its room furnishing, the professional attitude of its front desk staff, and the entertaining lake, dragon of fortune and tree of prosperity performances. Check in was swift and friendly: when told that my wife and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary, the receptionist issued us a lake and fountain facing room, with a superb view of the Cotai region and provided with a MOP200 rebate voucher for the Japanese restaurant. What impressed me most was that the front desk staff member chased me to the airport to return my credit card which I had forgotten to retrieve after paying our bill. It was a thoroughly relaxing two night stay at The Wynn after the hussle and bustle of our first two nights at a 5-star hotel in Taipa island.

The standard single room which I stay for 5 nights is rather small, but the bed is large enough for myself and the cleanliness of the room is superb, fully equipped with amenities, kettle, hair dryer etc. They clean the room every morning Aircon works well and there's English Channel on tv that I can watch everyday. The drawer big enough to hang our clothes This hotel is very near to various ancient landmarks of Macao, easy to go by bus to every direction. The only complain I have is a cleaning service lady with short hair who is very rude , the rest are very friendly. Overall, I'm fully satisfied staying in this hotel! From the airport you can take bus #MT1 and stop at Freirra Amaral in front of Grand Lisboa Casino. From there then take bus #7 stop at Kiang Wu Hospital (5 stops from Freirra Amaral) then walk about 3 minutes to McDonald's and the Holiday Hotel is very near to Super market 711. On the way back to the airport you have to go to the bus stop in front of Post Office (10 minutes walk from the hotel) then take either bus number 8, 9, 9B, 12, 22, 25, 25B (only 3 stops) to Freirra Amaral. From there you must take bus number MT1 to Macao International Airport. Please take note, bus #MT1 only available every 20 minutes from 07:00 am.

before i start, this hotel would have got across the board 5 stars but for one thing. we paid almost 150 euro for our room. for one night. this did not includ breakfast and while the room was excellent (probably the nicest we've stayed in), you can't call it value for money when wifi is not included in the room and breakfast isn't included. as for everything else, well the room was splendid. the ensuite was huge with a portable tv, jacuzzi bath tub, rain shower, and huge counter top and mirror, all laid out in white marble. the walk-in wardrobe was bigger than some cars i've driven. they provided top of the range electronics too, two 40" tvs in the room, brilliant iron and a videl sasoon hairdryer. the bed was king size and while we didn't spend very long it (thanks to the casino downstairs!) it was from memory very comfortable. next to the sleeping area is a lounge with sofa for maybe 5-6 people, coffee tables, arm chairs and the second of the two widescreen tvs. really, the best thing about the sands was the room experience. everything else was great, but if you like your creature comforts and can afford the price, then go for it.
