Hotels near Passione Shopping Destination

Walking distance to Passione (Laemthong) and night market making it easy to find food and shopping. Parking is ample if you are driving. Staff very attentive. Nice interior design. Breakfast is not that variety. The price might be a little pricey. It just that my room is facing the road, so some people might not like it because the sounds of the vehicle pass by. For me, I don't like to stay in quiet hotel because I will feel scared, so the vehicle sound is ok. I will suggest this hotel to others and will come back again!

This is an older hotel that is located next to the night market, and connected to a shopping center. We had a corner room that was spacious. The furnishings were older and there was a major lack of electrical outlets (poorly designed outlet placements too). The room seemed to be fairly clean. There are a few major pro's: 1) Gym - this is full size gym that has monthly memberships but is free for guests. It's the best 'hotel gym' I've ever seen. 2) The pool is big and adequate for adults and kids. 3) There is a huge breakfast buffet with lots of options. I wouldn't say the food is of high quality, but it's plentiful and good value for the cost of the room. We were happy with our stay at this hotel. The connected shopping center is older and nothing special, but there is the evening market too for cheap goods and food stalls.

In the downtown this was our favourite hotel as it was excellent value. Rooms were clean and large and had a nice sofa in the room. Air conditioning and 3 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea making kettle and even a microwave as well as a small fridge. Quiet and had a great breakfast buffet included and even had great omelette and egg chef Aria cook us fried rice with veggies every morning. Liked this hotel a lot. It was across the street from 7 Eleven and a 5 minute walk to Passione shopping destination Mall. Much better value for money than D Varee Diva hotel which is on the same road..the busy Sukhumvit Road. Would definitely be back to stay here again. The pool was quite large and there are many conference rooms here for weddings and events. The massage we had for 2 hours at 400 TB was great value and very good but the ladies did short us 10 minutes both days we had massages so hence no tips were given. That was our only complaint.

We stayed in the Deluxe Star for about 5 days. We enjoyed our stay! Check in was speedy and efficient. The room was lovely and clean, the air conditioner whisper quiet! The bathroom was very well appointed and had a full size bathtub, separate from the shower which was fully enclosed. The room was well furnished which added to our comfort. The bed was great! Writing/computer desk. Small dining table, comfy chairs, fridge, microwave, room safe Free WiFi etc… We received not only free breakfast, included in our booking but vouchers for buffet dinner every night as well! The quality of the food was good and always a selection of Thai or Western. Cocktails seemed inexpensive and the beer reasonably priced. We also received a voucher each day for 1 free massage! All in all the reception staff were friendly and professional, the cleaning staff were fast, thorough and very good. The spa/ massage staff were lovely, and the restaurant staff good. The hotel is well situated. Next time we stay in Rayong will have no hesitation in staying there again.

What a super hotel with very well trained, helpful, friendly professional staff. The rooms are excellent, clean, fresh and all with FREE WiFi. The excellent breakfast that is included covers all tastes and cuisines. The hotel is well situated just on Rayong city limits and within walking distance of a superb golf driving range, a 9 hole golf course and the town centre.. The hotel has a great coffee shop that not only serves a full range of different hot and cold coffees but also has a lovely selection of cakes all served in a very relaxing atmosphere. The beach is a ten minute drive away where you will find a superb fresh fish restaurant..... Overall......a superb, excellent well run hotel that we will revisit.

Not really sure how I feel about this place. + Nice staff Good breakfast Kitchen in the room Decent gym - Pool location Hotel layout Room facilities not as listed Poor sound proofing The pool is on the main road so its not relaxing or enjoyable. The strange thing is that at the other end of the hotel is a outside lounge area and delivery area which would of been a better location. We were on the second floor where there was a convention hall opposite our room. If there had been a meeting it would of been very disturbing. Why not put it at the end of the building away from all the rooms? In the lift there was a poster promoting the roof terrace with a live band 3 days a week so I decided to take a look even though they weren't playing as the area sounded interesting. This is where the gym is located and another room that looks like where someone lives. There is only small walkways between the buildings and I'm intrigued to how they would host this event. I was expecting a garden area with a bar. Heard somebody coming into their room around midnight. Not them speaking just the sound of their case rolling through the hallway and their doors opening. All in all it's a decent hotel but not what I was expecting. All the facilities feel like they have been shoehorned in to reach a certain star rating. It's good for a short stay but not the type of place to stay with a family for more than a day or two. Probably more suited to a business trip.

I spent a very pleasant 2 days at this hotel. It's new and clean with huge rooms. The location is right on Sukhumvit but set back far enough so that it was quiet. I didn't care for the free breakfast but that is a given at almost all hotels. There is a coffee shop out front and a 7-11 not too far away. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

It was ok for $20 per night, brand new hotel alongside the Sukhumvit highway, next to a 7-11 convenience store and night market that sells lots of street food, also close to Rajbamrung Road in Rayong where you can find the German Bierhaus restaurant, and the Western style beer bar restaurants, Y33 bar and The Joker bar, also a short walk to the Passione shopping mall and Laemthong Department store. Hotel will book you a taxi to the new Rayong bus terminal for 120 THB, only complaint with the hotel is not a single English channel on the TV.

Staffs are friendly. Good accommodation. Not cheap but it is clean. Bring your own shampoo. They have soap. They have free bottled drinking water. They have tv but I don’t know if it works bc I didn’t try it. Lol. The shower is pretty hot. I tried to make it cool but it was hot. No kettle but they provide free coffee around 6-8 am. Bring your own slippers. Free wifi.

I was very impressed with this hotel, especially for the price. It's within 2 kilometers of downtown Rayong, but still has a very rural type appearance to it with beautiful lawns and a river running through the rear of the property and cattle grazing on the opposite side. The room had a beautiful outside view. The room was clean, modern and everything worked, it had a mini-bar in it, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to most hotels. Madina is about a 10 minute walk to the evening market and there are restaurants available there. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. The only slight negative comment was that the bed had a very hard Asian style mattress that was not very comfortable, but acceptable.

This hotel located on the eastern outskirts of Rayong just off Sukhumvit Road is clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful. It does not have brilliant vistas but if you are in Rayong or the surrounding area for business and have a car then this place is a good buy. No restaurant but it has a 7/11 and food stalls (in the evening). There is a laundry and a hole in the wall restaurant next door. Restaurant serves Thai food only. There is a big shopping mall just down the street and an "ok" beach is close. You can get to both via taxi bus (10 baht/person open air bus). If you want to go to the nicer beaches and attractions in the area then rent a car.

Booked 1 night stayed for 5 nights as hotel is very good value & very clean with very present staff also close to Passione shopping mall with a big c supermarket, Tje local main bus station about a mile away with buses to the beach for 15baht. I will go again to this hotel when I come to Rayong, which is a very nice town, typically Thai, very friendly, helpful people( the best). Many people do speak English so no problem with language as people have commented previously.

Just about all upside. I woukd definitely return. + bright, squeaky clean modern large room + great value at less than 500 baht + endless food and drink options within 10 minutes walk as well as a Seven + motorbike rental just across the street. Good people reliable bike 300 baht per day + beach is walkable. Long and hot though - the staff use the reception lobby as their private dining room. Strong food smells with no regard to guests having a common place to sit and eat. This needs to change. - there was 1 friendly staff member. The others were on another planet. - breakfast options very limited. All the places are lunch or dinner centric. - walking along the restaurant street can be dicey. Dog issues. Rayong isn't much of a destination in my ooinion.
