Everything is fine except the staff on the front desk”
I recommend to hire receptionists who are accommodating, educated and knows how to speak english. We’ve encountered trouble on our key card and they didnt find the way to fix it. One of the receptionist is very rude he keep on saying “i dont know come back later” in a rude way, he seems mads every time we complain on our key card. I hope the management will find a way to fix this problem so their future guests will not experience the same problem.

The room price is cheap for the given accomodation they provided. There's one problem tho. The water in the bathroom sink hole is not pouring down and there's a hair stuck underneath so it flooded the shower area. But overall it's fine and I strongly recommend this place for budget travellers

Room smells smoke!”
When we entered the room, we were welcomed by the smell of smoke. Despite their non smoking policy and despite my request for a non smoking room, all we breathed was smoke. I told one of the staff that our room smells smoke but his only replied was that some of the Chinese are not following the rules. Well, you should do something to impose it. Almost got suffocated the whole night. They have a good location, but I still wont reccomend it. I really hate smoke.

We were dropped at Perfect Family In instead of this one, but in our second cab ride, we were able to finally reach this place. There were Filipino staff, so we felt at home. It is spacious and cold. It is also near the Senado Square and other touristy attractions as well as the hotels like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, etc. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here, and we thank Joyful Family In for accommodating us.

The room was spacious, really cozy, clean and quiet. The staff was kind and accommodating, they let us leave our luggages in the hotel, after the check out. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

OK Hotel in center but non-helpful staff”
Standard small room in center of Macau. Calm. Kind of OK. A lot of things in walking distance. Not helpful has been the front desk-lady. They don't speak English and refused to call a cab. Be aware that you need at least 2 hrs+ with public transport to Hongkong international airport.

A few points: Good wi fi. Why have a kettle in the room with no mugs / china cups ! A fridge / mini safe in the room would be great. Plus I had to ask to have the room cleaned / fresh towels both days as housekeeping seem to forget me - but I may have been confused by their light control panel !!
