Great Hospitality”
We had an amazing stay. Rigor & the 2 ladies at the pool bar are outstanding and went out of their way to look after us and my friends 2 year old. The staff at the executive lounge were also fabulous. Everyone knows their work well and is very quick to offer suggestions. Would highly recommend your hotel because your staff made our stay so very pleasant. Cons: Front desk staff should listen better and not click away at their computer when guests are communicating with them. Also, when they are requesting help from managers, there is no need to whisper in Cantonese in front of the guest. Be inclusive and work out the problem together. Never assume your guest doesn’t understand you.

fast checkin,room was ready after 20mins..plenty bottledwater(good for my child)all the staff are friendly and approachable from front desk Nina, to the entrance going to resortdeck Mike to UrbanKitchen Jason..even the filipino lifeguard in marriott pool,housekeeping pinoys are also nice and friendly..the the guy also who greeted us and help us from our taxi was great,but wasnt able to get his name..our room was perfect, the view,minibar,the pools...perfect!they event sent me a birthday cake.thankyou!it was the best !jwmarriott macau is ❤

From an easy check in (where they gave us our rooms 2 hours early), to the advice and help we received booking tickets to shows and planning our day, the staff were unbelievably helpful. The hotel is stunning and the rooms have hidden luxuries throughout. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a chilly day because of the temperature of the water the hotel keeps the pool at. The location has restaurants a food court and a mall all attached. The shuttle proved to be invaluable. We were beyond thrilled with our experience.

3rd time to stay here and Marriott never fails to amaze me. We stayed for 2 nights and you have this feeling that you do not want to leave. Rooms is super beautiful, food in the executive lounge is more than enough, the pool and grand deck resort is the highlight of our stay esp the lazy river which is our favorite. Lastly, thank you Joanne, Rhialyn, Cedric and Jeff who made our stay more fantastic👍👍👍. We will definitely go back😍

Elegant clean very quiet room”
I asked for a room without connecting door but they still gave me one. At first i was worried about the noise but it turned out that the room was super quiet. So i like it very much. The only downside is that i cannot find the checkout information anywhere written and had to search the web for it. But by the time i have got the answer i am already wide awake! Another thing with these 5 star hotels is you cannot find any convenient stores anywhere near and ended up we cannot buy bottle water from a 711. But the room in general was great! Very Clean and quiet. They even upgraded us to a pool view. Got a fantastic view of the pool.

Nice hotel for babies”
We’ve booked a suite and hotel is able to provide an extra bed for my 8 year old (free of charge). They also provided bottle steamer, baby bath basin, amenity kit for my 14 months old. Pool within the Marriott complex is heated and great for babies. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Nearly Perfect”
Everything is excellent. Except I was told by a font desk staff when checking out I cannot use the gym after I check out even on the same date, Other 5 stars hotels always enable me to do gym on the date I check out even after I have done checking out. And I would like to appreciate the high standard service delivered by Ms Alexa and the housekeeping staffs
