The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, showing us around the hotel and recommending places to eat and drink. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the security system in the room was good. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the fried noodles. I highly recommend the signature cocktails at the bar. Overall, the staff provided excellent service and the location of the hotel was convenient. The view was also beautiful, especially during sunset. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Koh Chang. Highly recommended. P.S. It would be great if the rooms had bathtubs, as the bathroom has plenty of space. I would be willing to pay extra for that.

We had a really fabulous stay!! Hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, clean, nice pool, staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called our bus company to make sure they picked us up right at the hotel. It's on a really nice stretch of the island, close to some waterfalls. Super relaxing!!!
Great location”
I stayed in their deluxe room - it was nice, spacey and clean. I enjoyed the shower cabin on the terrace. The location is very convenient, the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. They sorted out a car rent for me in a matter of hours. The restaurant is good (average good, but enjoyable). And there is often some piano bar/soft-music played live by local artists. A couple of pain points: There is a limited amount of sun beds on the sea front, so there is fierce competition to get one in the morning. On a more serious note, I asked for a quiet room and was allocated near a section where some massive building works were taking place. They did not work in antisocial hours, but being woken up at 8am by loud bangs is not great. I have to say, I did not complain as I am always up and running by that time anyway, but that's just me. Not a great idea to do building works in high season. It has also a bad impact on the aesthetics of the place. This is the reason why I rated facilities with 3 stars. It would have been a solid 4+ if it wasn't for the above.
