“The usual hotel I stay at every time.”
My name is Yuko, and I use this hotel every time. This time, I stayed in three rooms in two different categories. One of the rooms is a family room that has three beds and allows direct access to the pool. It was very comfortable, spacious, and the view outside was just like a vacation. This room is on the basement level, which made it convenient to get to the breakfast area. The other room was two deluxe rooms. This was the worst room I have ever encountered! The view outside was blocked by a building that was a ruin. It was truly a room without dreams or hope, just horrifying and eerie… I was almost in tears. I closed the curtains and gave up on the view. The room had a musty smell, and the bed felt damp, creating an unpleasant atmosphere… What about this room is deluxe? I think it falls under the standard category. The clocks in all the rooms were significantly off. However. I love this hotel, so I will use it again next time. That’s why I want improvements! “We used it as a senior couple.”
