Been to Macau frequently and enjoy staying at different hotels. 1st time staying at L'Arc Hotel, can only say its enjoyable. Staff was very prompt in doing check in and also when i asked for the ferry schedule, they delivered it to the room. Location was excellent, can easily take the shuttle buses from Starworld or Wynn as it only next to each other. The only problem encountered was the location of the gym not easily found. Have to walk through a couple of corridors and its not clearly labelled.

We had a free upgrade to the duplex villa from a two bedroom suite. It was spectacular and the price is unbeatable when compared with similar quality in other major hotel chains.

Thank you for the upgrade and it really made my trip very memorable as my friend booked the wrong hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite with good interpersonal skills. However, the service at the restaurant on the 2nd floor needs to be improved upon.

People were good, room was good and location was very nice. But, Casino does not have slot machines and many taxi driver does not know this hotel's English name. Only Chinese name could work for them. It was not convenient for us.

Smoking room”
Though I hv spec for non-smoking room, it was finally told me that all the executive room is smoking one and treatment is provided to minimize the smoking of odor. Just wonder why it cannot be communicate earlier by email and I am willing to change to normal guest room instead.

I booked Executive Club Rooms at a very reasonable rates. The room is quite nice and big. But I didn't request a non-smoking room and at the end the room has a very heavy smell, especially the blanket smells like cigarette. One of the towels got stains and a hole on it. The breakfast is okay but lacks of services.
