O quarto em geral é bom, limpeza impecável! O parque aquático do hotel é fantástico. E o acesso ao Acqua Park fez toda a diferença para as crianças. Muito bom

Things I don’t like

Achei desconfortável para acomodar 4 pessoas. O sofá-cama é muito duro e não dá pra colocar as crianças para dormirem lá, pois é estreito e tem o perigo de caírem no chão

O modelo do hotel nos trás a sensação de estarmos em casa, saindo do carro direto pro quarto. Além de já ter um ótimo parque exclusivo. Muito bom. Recomendo!

Things I don’t like

Além do parque estar em reforma em plena alta temporada ha má organização e gestão dos brinquedos do aqua Park e splash decepciona. Falta fiscalização , ajuda e orientação ás famílias que usam as boias no rio lento. Muitas pessoas entram no rio sem boias e ficam atrapalhando o passeio. Alem disto senti muita ostilidade por parte de alguns funcionários nos brinquedos. Isto no parque do vulcão. Por fim, muitas atrações estavam com as águas frias e até geladas sendo que somos atraídos pelas águas quentes, decepicionante.
