Business Suite is great size with conference room table and whiteboard (with dry erase pens!). Overall the room itself is clearly not new -- loose face plates on the power outlets, loose handles on drawers -- but serviceable and clean. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven and mini dishwasher along with all the plates/utensils, etc. you'd need -- even a lettuce spinner! Extra closet, nice sitting room with tv visible from conference room table. As close to staying in an apartment as a hotel can be. No nearby grocery store, though, that I could find. I had brought my own food and drinks due to special diet so it was very convenient for me. Free breakfast had pancakes, frozen breakfast burritos, fresh bagels, various cold cereal options, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins, fresh apples and bananas and fruit cups along with regular and soy milks. Double sink bathroom with shower and tub. I was very comfortable.

Amazing for the Price”

Our room was great for the price. Very clean, nice bathroom, bed, and kitchen! I love that breakfast was included, too. The view from our window was of a construction pit, so not the most scenic, but who cares.

The airport shuttle stops running at 11:30, so take into account a cost of an Uber ride to the hotel if you're arriving to SFO late. I requested, and paid extra for two separate beds and a sofa bed. The hotel simply gave me a room with one bed, and a broken sofa bed. The room was clean. The breakfast does not offer any fresh cooked eggs. Regarding eggs, there are only microwave breakfast burritos, of which there are no vegetarian options. There are also cold boiled eggs.

Very happy with stay. Spacious and kitchen really makes a difference. Also, Best Continental Breakfast I have ever had. Keep it up!

Solid choice”

A solid choice if you're flying in/out of SFO. Shuttle service is dependable. Room with kitchenette is a plus. Unfortunately, no breakfast available before 7 a.m. and the front desk staff were not helpful in this regard. Left hungry.

Called and get it fix Alma T. Was very rude , cut me off and did not help with the unauthorized CC charge. Who knows what else this employee has charged on clients cards that haven’t paid attention to their CC bill.

The hotel is clean and staff are very nice. I want to make a suggestion on the breakfast to add at least bacon or sausage, but otherwise it is a good continental breakfast.

Was a nice place , some trees by window and a balcony so could have fresh air . Hideaway bed needs upgrades , should be comfortable too thin and cheap . Main bed ok , bathtub is small and scratchy from nonslip material . Weights missing and not replaced . Really quiet vibe , we liked it . Peaceful bedroom with no added noise , good place to relax .

Staff is 50/50, Manager is the absolute worst, rude, chews gum while speaking with you, confrontational, dishonest. The Facilities are a lie, you have to ask everytime to get into the room with conveniently vending machines and washer and dryer and of course the only ice machine. Have to make a reservation to do laundry and don't expect the same day appointment, or having to choose between 2am-645am as a time slot. Outdated and trashed furniture, cracked cabinets you open wrong or really at all it will Completely crack off, dishwasher is very very small and is completely free standing and too small for the hole cut out of the counter, so when going to open and try to fill the dishwasher it will start falling forward and onto your feet, be careful. They have a strict no party policy but you hear plenty going on, walls are very thin, yes there is a kitchen, but you get minimal dishes, more for a single traveler even in a double occupancy room. Fire alarm system is the absolute worst especially for rooms with Induction Burners and the fire alarm so sensitive boiling water in the accessable rooms will set it off, or the steam From a hot shower. Oh and every time a Alarm gets set off the fire department comes, every single time. Had an issue during my stay that had the alarm Going off multiple times since 5am, and being gone for 6 hours from 2pm-7:30pm, I am contacted for the first time by the manager with the worst attitude, threats of making me pay for fire department having to come out repeatedly, insinuating it was all my fault, she has to come check the condition of the room at 10:30pm then comes again at 12 midnight with maintenance whom explained to her the alarms have been to sensitive and its not the first time, the littlest of anything heat, steam, ironing clothes, fire marshal reset the system and had the entire system on silent for the next couple days I was there. I will never stay here ever again nor send anyone their way, I have never came in contact with

Expérience horrible. Nous avons réservé un king size, nous avons eu un queen size. On s est accommodé d un lit bébé pour notre fille de 18 mois. En demandant à l accueil, plus aucun lit disponible. A éviter.

경유때문에 공항과 가까운 호텔로 예약해서 하루 묵었는데, 하와이에 온 것 같은 기분도 들고 직원분들도 친절하시고! 더군다나 조식포함 가격이라니! 샌프란에서 이 가격에 찾아볼 수 없는 호텔이였어요 :) 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 음식도 만들어 먹을 수 있고 침대도 푹신하고 침구도 좋았네요. 청결도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 만족합니다. 대신 물 수압이 약해요.
