Good place to stay”
We stayed in this hotel last week. At first when we read the reviews, we were quite worried about our staying in this hotel. However, when we arrived and stayed there for 3 days, everything was very good. Food was yummy, staff was very willing to help, and room condition was acceptable. It's also quite near SaveOne Market and Airplane coffee so that we could visit those places easily. Especially, the price is very cheap and it's more than accepted for this hotel.

Not so great experience”
Hotel was old and poorly kept. There were black spots on our bedsheets and pillows. We had to pay an extra 50 baht/pillow which was poor customer service. Water in the toilet flowed very slowly on the first night and there is smell of sewage in the room. There is also a strangely placed bathtub/jacuzzi in the room, which is a trip hazard.

We stay at the Hotel only because it was 3 minute from our friends home. Steps to the hotel and room not very safe. Bed as hard as rock. Staff English is poor but staff do try to be helpful. Room was a good size but bath room could have been cleaner. Room has the basic. TV only a few Thai channels. A/C was okay but fridge was noisy and had to turn off. Confusion even with my Thai wife ordering breakfast we do not think the cook was Thai. Parking not the best a little crapped up. Value for money about 100 baht a night to much for what you get.

UNPREPARED - JACUZZI NOT WORKING - NOT CLEAN - SINK LEAKS ”
It seems like the receptionist did not checked the bookings ahead of time. We booked for a Jacuzzi room with pool access. The room is not yet cleaned. The Jacuzzi is not working. The sink leaks. The floor is not clean. The cleaners were informed late about our booking. Since we traveled from other provinces we just wanted to rest and did not complain. But the experience is not satisfying at all. We didn't sleep well. The aircon is old and makes unusual sounds. Sometimes it turns off. We regret booking to this hotel esp. the so-called "Jacuzzi Pool Room"

Linen had been used and not changed, plumbing was not working properly. Not sure what the noise was all night, maybe an insomniac walking on the wooden floor above, but all in all a dreadful experience. Would not recommend to a backpacker.

Hotel photo's are deceiving. Pool area and pool closed. Restaurant dirty. I cannot recommend for family. Young adults as party hotel questionable. But, bedding very clean. Needs up grade. I saw NO management. Zero night staff!

I very surprised with low price but quality is really good. Loft modern style with clean & cheap restaurant, swimming pool, bar and folks song. Room is clean and water line is ok. Will go back again later. Thanks.

Good value for your money spent. ”
The room was spacious with modern decorations. Didn't like the hard bed and the fact they don't offer toiletries but considering I paid about 500 baht for it, I can get by with buying my own. They offered a light Thai breakfast and instant coffee which isn't so bad. A small swimming pool which is nice for the price. The only thing would be location, if you don't have your own transportation then stay elsewhere in town because this place is far from town center. The place is 5 minute drive from saveone flea market.

The Decoration is same as name of this place. It Loft style. Good service. Reception alway smile when they talking with us. But !!! This place is hard to find and small parking lot. the worst thing is a smell of water in bathroom very bad.

this hotel is apparently in the city centre, well, if 8-9 kms outside the city centre is classed as the city centre then I have no complaints!! I specifically wanted a city centre hotel, does nobody check these things out? Our room was not cleaned when we returned to it in the evening, the reason being, we had not requested it to be done, although we were not informed that we needed to request it!! Not impressed with the swimming pool
