Where to stay in Mid Beach
Mid Beach hotels & accommodations
If you are looking for a no frills hotel right on the beach this hotel can't be beat. Rooms are in quality condition, bathrooms way out of date but functional. While they can stand to make an update and had a major leak in the basement shop during my stay it really was a good hotel overall. There was only one restaurant open during our stay, but there is a small cafe o...
When booking this hotel I only looked at its facilities and decor, both exceeded my expectations, and failed to check everything else. Place is made of 4 towers, joined by air conditioning tunnels. There are 12 restaurants to choose from so I am sure everyone will find something they like. Do prepare yourself with extra $$$ because price tags are high and each time you...
I like the hotel in general. The room we choose was Junior Suite King Bed - Ocean View. It was large room with nice balcony and relaxing amazing view. The bathroom was large and it has jacuzzi. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable and it seem to be overused but it was acceptable, not really bad. It was a nice experience and sure will come again.
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff from entrance to the wait staff all nice.
My service was great from all the employees at the front desk . The room is really nice and it’s close to the beach . I love the complimentary happy hour they have daily. The only thing is the walls need to be thicker, you can hear everyone in their rooms as you pass by . The parking is a hassle . Which I’m aware the hotel was fully booked b/c of the holiday wknd so I ...
From the very beginning we arrived at The Confidante Hotel we felt very welcome and 'at home'. Marc Anthony gave us very good tips for our 2 weeks stay in Miami. From nice restaurants to great things to do. His natural way of communicating and hospitality to us and others is something that every hotel (manager) can be proud. Thanks to him we've discovered great places ...
I was looking for a hotel located at Miami beach that provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (many hotels only have beach access but does not provide those). And I found Grand Beach Hotel. It offers what I wanted at a reasonable price. The lobby of the hotel looks newly furnished but one can tell from the rooms that the hotel has some age, but that's OK. Two great th...
Location was great. Right on the beach. Easy access to everything. Walked the boardwalk everyday. Pool was a little small but was fine to lounge around. Teenagers had fun playing the oversized games such as chess and connect four and corn hole. Played pool at night on the second floor. Easy access to the citi bikes and to the trolley that went up and down...
We travelled in the school spring break which makes the area very busy. The Circa 39 Hotel is about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute free trolley ride to Lincoln St. If you don’t like crowds and don’t mind excessive noise till the early hours of the morning the hotel is perfect. We were so happy we could visit the sights of the South Beach area but stay in a hotel that we...
We Really Love IT, very good Hotel close to the beach. Full good service and Really good personal. The food was tasty and the pool was Cleanwe give this Hotel 5 star.
We stayed in the Premium King Suite. The room was spacious, clean and the hotel itself in a great location. It had all the equipment in the kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and toaster plus all utensils. Two TVs, and large bathroom. Only paid $112 for the night which was good considering it was by the beach. Only criticism was decor could have been sli...
Fantastic boutique hotel at Colin’s beach
This hotel was surprisingly good for the price. We were pleasantly surprised to have a kitchen and 2 separate beds. The rooms were not fancy, but quaint and cozy. They worked well to lounge in. The hotel had access to the pool and beach which were the two main things we went to Miami Beach for, however, anything else is quite a ways away. The hotel is located on a stre...
Magnificent view from our room on the 17th floor, beach access from the hotel, but also a rather used room and poor cleaning. Free trolley to South Beach area in front of the hotel.
the hotel is really on the beach. there is free wireless internet. friendly personel. food was not that great. pool area was nice and clean and quite large, enough space for everyone.
Contemporary and convenient. From the pool area to the restaurant to the lobby bar to the front desk to valet: everyone provided service with a smile with sincerity. The four of us had a terrific experience. It is also and a great stretch of the beach that is away from all of the hustle and bustle of South Beach, but an easy 8 to 10 minute ride to that area when you ...
while it's mid-beach, that's a plus from the busy south-beach area. two minute walk to nice beach, subway store in lobby proved convenient, staff friendly, price is reasonable. definitely will return.
We liked the hotel. There was parking ($ 15 / night), the room was spacious and well cleaned every day. The pool with beach chairs was also clean. The location near the beach was great. In less than 5 minutes you are from the hotel right on the beach. Also, near the hotel, the free Miami Trolley Bus goes to south beach and further north. Unfortunately there was no brea...
The room was okay!!! Smells good! But a few things I would recommend!! More towels! And body soap!! Even tho I had to buy my own, shampoo and soap! But it was cute!!! Not the best but affordable
not recommended for long stay, be careful with other fees, parking expensive
I've decided to review this hotel in 3 categories: The room itself, the sleep, and the location. The room itself: The room we booked was a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony. It was really lovely to have as each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were double beds, far too small for a couple to sleep in. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, a fridge, stov...
It is not far away from the airport. and easy to find the hotel.hotel is beside the beach . just walk to miami beach and enjoy the sunshine.supermark is just several block nearby . and there are some good restaurants just in the 41st street.
My 2 night stay was relatively smooth. Parking was 20 dollars a day, which was better than most the other hotels I stayed at in the area. Reserved spot close to my room. Rooms are okay sized and has basic's like fridge, etc. Overall I would recommend it for someone on a budget that needs a convenience in Miami Beach.
Had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff/owners that gladly helped. The room were more like an apartment with a small kitchen. Very good for the days you don't want to eat out. Good location close to the beach and a supermarket. Enjoyed our stay very much!
Here are some of the drawbacks: Building is very old. Elevator has expired inspection certificate. Floor in my room was not flat. A bit confusing with key in lockbox (no office on site) - had to call owner for informations. But: clean and well-located. worth the money.
All in all the Hotel is really nice. The rooms were always clean and they had a big kitchen. The staff was always very helpful. The store within the Hotel was a nice surprise. The beach is really near. And really nice. Unfortunately there was construction work during our stay which was very loud. Our room was besides the elevator and heard it every time when someone en...
The edge of the door was rusty and when I went in the bathroom it had lots of dirt on the floor though I like how you are near the beach and you have a nice swimming pool.
After I thought I paid for the hotel for approximately $80 a night , agoda got me with some booking fees. After I arrived at the hotel the hotel hit me with an $18 a night resort fee and also a $30 a day valet parking fee . This was not mentioned on the hotel description or on agodas site. Fees cost me more then what the hotel cost. ———I liked the hotel , it was clean...
On the beach but away from bars and restaurants, charging resort fee which wasn't included in the price, good value for money compared to other hotels in area, broken lifts with out of date safety certificate, $30 a day parking but there is public parking aroud the corner $1 an hour and free after 6pm

Everything about this property was great! It’s right on the beach, the condo was extremely clean and spacious, and the staff at the property went above and beyond to make your stay perfect!
