Decent hotel but not 5-star”
Great location Room was clean, large but lots and lots of switches making operating the lights confusing Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly but breakfast very basic, not 5-star Gorgeous view of Nafplio from hotel Wi-fi is terrible (1-star), every time your device sleeps you have to log in with username/password and frequently it was just down, made many calls to have it rebooted Pools are nice, great views from there

Great Service is what is all about ”
Before I arrived I had read the comments about this hotel, not all of them were that good. To be honest some comments are true. The interior of the rooms can use an uplift, Some comments were not true. We got every morning a great a la carte breakfast and nothing was too much to ask. The biggest plus point here is the staff. One day before we left we got a message that the country was going in lockdown again because of Covid 19. We were in time to change our flight to a day earlier. The hotel inmediatly offered us to pay back the last night and also offered us a Free late check out until 5 as our new flight departed late from Athens. We were very content with the service here and in uncertain times like these that is what really matters. Wish you all the best with the diffecult weeks to come.

Views are priceless”
The hotel is quite impressive given its location and views but when you look start to look a little closer, certain parts look tired and weathered. For the caliber and cost for the hotel, these small details should not be overlooked (example: our room has a leak in the ceiling that had dried up and some cracks in the walls). We were not impressed at all with breakfast, we recommend going down to the platia for a bite to eat, several restaurants serve very good breakfasts. I have been to many high-end hotels, and this breakfast was worthy of that of a 2-3 star hotel. Wi-fi only available in the main building: We kept asking the staff if the wifi would work, it never did despite many promises of a reboot of the system. Aside from those 2 things, we thoroughly enjoyed Nafplio and the staff at the hotel were VERY cordial and polite.

Nafplia Palace Hotel is the perfect place to stay to escape the busy hustling and crowded island locations. You feel like you're in your own private villa with amazing views of Nafpio and within 2 minutes you can be standing in the main Nafplio Town Square via the hotel lift. The team at the hotel were all wonderful and made you feel like the hotel was your own home. Well done Nafplia Palace Hotel, 5 Stars at it's best.

Horribly run down and not even a two star hotel!”
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! Although advertised as a 5 star hotel the conditions were appalling. Furniture that was falling apart and never renovated since the 1970's, electrical appliances that were not working. The place was deserted. The grass on the lawn was dead and overgrown, the lounge chairs were falling apart, there was no pool service and we had to look for someone for a bottle of water. The pool tiles were coming off. Our balcony had two chairs and no table. The bed had no head board and the wall was dirty from people leaning their heads against the wall. The floor carpeting was worn. The mattress on the bed was awful. There was mold around the tub and the plumbing was falling apart. The flowerbed on the balcony had nothing but dried soil in it. These are just some of the many unbelievable things we encountered. The staff was friendly and kind however, I regret spending money on a hotel not fit even for 2 stars! Don't be fooled by photos!

Acceptable”
Quite disappointed with service and facility there. There is a long walk from the hotel to main bus station/old town even if you take the elevator. The first day there we have been to the Palamidi Fortress under a strong sun and came back to hotel discovering that there was no water supply, only until we asked the reception they told us there's something wrong and sent us a bottle of water for consumption. Completely no wifi connection at the room, talked to the staff for three times and fixed nothing. Tiny insect found on the pillow. Scarcely up to the standard of a 5-star.

Πολύ παλιό ξενοδοχείο. Οι φωτογραφίες είναι απο την ανακαινισμένη πτέρυγα. Και τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου απο τη μη ανακαινισμένη. Πολύ ακριβό χωρίς λόγο και στις παροχές του.

Ο χώρος εντός του ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος είναι παρατημένος χωρίς καμία φροντίδα και συντήρηση , πράγμα απαράδεκτο για ξενοδοχείο high-end όπως θέλει να αυτόπροσδιορίζεται. Στερείται υποδομών για τους μικρούς επισκέπτες (παιδιά) Αξιοσημείωτη είναι η ζεστή φιλοξενία που διαχέεται από το προσωπικό.
