Perfect for me i surf theres waves right out front and a great open air restaurant to hang out next ”
Its an older hotel but the rooms are large and clean with a nice balcony to with a sink to wash bathing suits and you can hang them out to dry.. they have a pool rayongs beautiful very mello with a nice breeze most of the time. Staffs easy too.

Have stayed many times. Good for a swim at the beach during the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location. 2 hours drive from Bangkok. Thai restaurants and bars near by. 6kms from Ban Phe, many ferries to Kho Samet there. Is not 5 star,it suits me fine.

Good budget stay in beachfront location just across the street, calm sea water is fun and safe to young kids. Hotel is age need some renovation but everything in room worked normally, friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room with bathtub and balcony, comfortable bed. No coffee/tea or water kettle in room, but you can get your hot water from the restaurant. Breakfast menu to choose from western to Thai style, tasty and food portions. The swimming pool ready with some toy, kids having so much fun in kids swimming pool. Owner can consider to refurbish the room upgrade to suit different customer group.

Cheap hotel close to the beach.”
The hotel has large rooms with a balcony, we had beautiful views of the 7th floor. On the 3rd floor there is a swimming pool, which we used several times. The beach is just across the road, but there are not many shops and restaurants nearby. We borrowed a bike and drove to eat in nearby restaurants. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit simple and repetitive, lacking in fruit. Overall we were satisfied with the stay at the hotel

This hotel, as always , offers excellent value for money, The breakfast is more than satisfactory for myself ( Farang UK ) & my Thai wife , The food offered in the restaurant is very good and gets a top mark from my wife ( A very good Thai cook ) believe me if it didn’t come up to standard they would know about it 🤣🤣 The location is second to no ne, opposite the beach with great views, We always stay at the front overlooking the beach. Obviously the bathrooms need a freshen up but that’s for the over fussy to discuss !!! We’ll be back, thank you once again to all the courteous staff at NBH 👍

Well priced, excellent location.”
Located right over the road from the beach, although the trees almost completely block the sea view. Rooms are very large, but basic, and a little run down. Everything seems to work, but only just. Aircon was very noisy. Bed was a sheet over a plastic covered mattress. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel with some maintenance and a mattress upgrade, this hotel could be so much nicer.

You get what you pay for . It’s a fantastic location”
Very relaxed place, nice clean rooftop pool, right opposite the beach with all eating options. Free WiFi in reception, & strangely enough on the beach but not in room, we didn’t find that a problem, we were on holiday after all !! The hotel food was perfectly adequate for what you paid and staff always courteous. I realise it’s not for everyone but we always enjoy our stay at Nice Beach Hotel. The location alone is worth the money & only 3 hours drive from Bangkok . We will return.

All good until one staff ruined it”
It was alright, somewhat expected for what we paid. The rooms are spacious and amenities only not 'bad'. I wouldn't say it's a superb couple getaway, but for families with kids it was good. The females staffs were all very nice, polite and accommodating. However when we asked for an extra blanket because the room was cold and we couldn't change any setting with the air-conditioning unit, including turning it off, the evening staff (he dressed different than the rest and affect an air of superiority so I'll guess he's manager of some such) just coldly said they only had bedsheet if we really wanted it. Then proceed no NOT deliver it until we called again, this time he graciously allowed us to come down and get it ourselves from the lobby. So yeah, this is a case of one rotten apple ruining the whole batch. Which means that we most likely won't be back no matter how great the location or how spacious the room compared to offered prices.
