Pigeon Forge City Center hotels & places to stay

I was visiting the Great Smokey Mountains NP - while Pigeon Forge town was not much to my liking, this hotel was great, much better than expected for the price. Great room and location 10 mins from the natural beauty of the national park.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong is when my fiance went into the bathroom he found a roach.

They switched my room after I checked in. The first room was horrid with filth. Went to second room & it was tolerable. After further inspection of 2nd room, there was urine dripped down side of toilet, dirty washcloths left in tub, and something wiped (like by a finger) across one of the headboards. Desk chair had a broken arm on it & the floor hadn't been mopped at...

Really nice room, very quite, and located away from the road. The only problem we had was with house keeping. They did not bring us any more cups during our stay, never left no more than 2 wash clothes. There were 4 of us in the room. Two days we got no hand towels too. We had to go to office to get any. We love it we all ways stay there

A great place to stay . Extremely clean . Breakfast was excellent . Scrambled eggs , sausage links , waffles , apples hot and cold,cereal bread sweet rolls and more every day . The whole place offered more than expected . We will return. you won't go wrong staying here. 50 yard walk to Mama's . Very reasonal price .

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to find and a great location. Much shopping nearby. Close to Dollywood and the Smokey Mountains.

Room next to us asked if we had big problem. She pulled up her sleeve had bites all over her arm. She said it was bed bugs, and she saw roaches!! It wasn't very clean!

Only thing I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff at the breakfast launch. She was rude to an elder, when she was no where to be found and she try to get the coffee, that was brewed already, to work, and she told her that people keep messing with it. Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!

It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. I was throughly pleased with the level of friendliness and customer service provided on this trip. Worth every penny for this stay.

The room was clean. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Received free all you can eat pancakes at the onsite restaurant. Staff was friendly and check in/out was easy and quick. Would stay here again.

My stay at the Best Western was restful and relaxing. The kind of stay I would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast is amazing. Hot, fresh. Good coffee. Bed was adequate, not above average. Cable TV was spotty, interference on some channels. WIFI below average. Pool area clean, with hot hot tub. Location perfect.

Very clean

The location is great and the price is reasonable during the peam summer season in Pigeon Fort, TN. This is 2 star hotel so do not expect anything beyond what it is and you will satisfactory and happily stay here. The hotel is next to the creek and you can even stroll in it and enjoy.

Hotel was in a great location and was very reasonably priced. It's like a motel. Room was fairly clean, bed was decent. Breakfast was more than I expected given the price and type of hotel. We were only there for sleeping in-between travels, and it got the job done.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. Every time I passed a cleaning person they asked how we were and if we needed anything. For just under $200 for the weekend and located next door to the Doxoe Stampede and just over a mile from the Island, you can't beat it for an affordable getaway.

Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the room was very clean. This was our second stay at Twin Mountain and I will stay there again when in the area.

I thought the room was pretty my wife thought it was Gaudy. It was right next to several rides but they want working when we were there was Quiet. When you went out the back go on there was a small river there that was pretty when you go out the front door you see the strip. It was in the middle of everything that's what you came for.

Need more elevators

My girlfriend and I booked this room and the price we paid was stellar considering all the amenities this room had to offer. It was her first visit to Pigeon forge and the unit was a great first impression of the Smokies. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

We make a trip to Piegon Forge at least once a year if not more. However this was my first time staying at Country Cascades but it will not be the last. The new renovations to the pool area and small children's pool park is awesome.
