Things I like
We love the care of an owner. But for further guests... Take into consideration please.. The constucting of the building infront just started and may pass some years of noise there ... So if you dont care... That's OK... The place is in the middle of Boa viajem disctrict close to great horti fruity store and baker's shops who also provide cheap and tasty buffet meals during a day, called Delicatessen Bruno veloso, shopping center is 2blockes away, and the beach too... These things are really great! Happy 2021 to everyone!
Things I don’t like
Well,thanks to a very adequate owner who appreciated the thing that the apartment was freshly painted and still had a smell of paint thats why i got a headacke while being there ;( and also the construction of a building in front of a place, they started to make great noise right 7a.m. and it was even impossible to work or have breakfast at home... But the owner, he got my messages and gave us a 50%descount because of All inconvinience... I consider this honest and thank him again for being that adequate!
