Just across the road from Galaxy Macau and short walk to Broadway Macau with lots of good restaurants and live bands. Hotel is clean in general although hallways can smell of cigarettes. Room is spacious enough with great views of Galaxy. This is the cheapest hotel you can find in Cotai. It is good enough if you're not into fancy ambiance and wants good value for money.

The room is spacious with separate living room and 2 toilets. The hotel looks aged but it’s clean. The luggage service is good. Just that we didn’t get the non-smoking room as requested. The hotel has only one floor of non-smoking.

Clean and very convenient to travel with shuttle bus service. Also within walking distance food stall and casino. The concierge is one of the most helpful staff there.

Very near to Galaxy, the room was spacious, bed and pillow was good. To go to this hotel, we had to take the Galaxy shuttle bus. This hotel also provides shuttle bus but with limited time. The only downside is the access road to Galaxy, they should at least have a zebra crossing infront of the hotel. We had to j-walk to the Galaxy or else it will be quite a distance to walk to the traffic light jz to cross. Overall it was value for money, considering other hotels in Cotai are very very expensive.

Its a bit old. Good location plus you can ride free busses from Galaxy to other casinos or places BUT there is no pedestrian crossing you have to walk far to go to Galaxy.

The hotel is just across the galaxy Macau and beside the broadway hotel. There is shuttle bus service from the hotel but there is schedule unlike in other hotel in the area it will be every 10 to 15 mins. Bed is not comfortable and it smells smoke at the elevator. Staff are nice and when i requested for a pillow they immediately grant our request. The view of our room is nice and free mini bar. Breakfast is just ok.

Cheapest Hotel in that area”
Hotel are located opposite Galaxy and it is just across the road. That is bad when it is raining cats and dogs outside. Tsui Wah are located at broadway which is a round 300m walk away, not as crowded at the one in Galaxy and no rush to pay money when the food is served. Room was pretty basic but sufficient for me as im staying one night only.

Overall clean but breakfast is not favourable just to feed the stomach. the credit is 300m walk to Broadway Hotel n opposite Broadway is Galaxy Hotel via an overhead link bridge.

Really bad hotel, the wifi doesn't work at all, they have 1 Wifi Device for each floor which means weak signal and low speed, the room is not clean at all, towels are dirty and the AC doesn't work at all, it is just cold air. The place is full of dirty people and with no matter, they spit everywhere. If you ask for a taxi they taxi will not come to your location, you need to go to GALAXY to pick up a taxi. As well there is no shuttle bus at all. Really so bad experience. But I want to be honest the staff is super kind and helpful for anything that you might request. They can speak English. Overpriced for the low quality.

Awful experience using hotel for a Forum with Overseas Participants”
The Hotel & Rooms 1) Check in was terrible. Early arrivals were told to come back at 3.00pm for check in. Staffs at Registration were rude. 2) The rooms have bare facilities which are old and worn. Shower curtains looks old and dirty. No safe in room. 3) Breakfast consists of plain bun, plain pastry, plain porridge, slice ham and cut sausagges soaked in water. Choice of hard boiled eggs (from a big bowl) or pre-cooked fried eggs (overcooked and cold). Food looks awful and tasteless. Coffee tasteless. 4) The settees in the breakfast restaurant (ground floor) is dirty and the cushions too soft. When you sit down, you sink right in with the table top elevated to your chest level (and I am not a short person). 5) No taxis. Have to walk to the road side to hail a taxi. No transport either. 6) Forum in the 1st floor restaurant was disaster. Restaurant staffs does not know how to operate the sound system and projector. 7) The Restuarant (1st floor) was dirty and food low quality
