Booked with Agoda, payment was successful. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of the booking and we were not able to check in. Requested a refund but was denied. Only the housekeeper was there to assist and the owner could not be reached by phone. This kind of service is unacceptable.

The resort don't even have a reception counter for check in, no proper service, a drunk Thai security guard who can't speak a word of english serve for check in. very poor maintain, restaurant has been not.operated for a long time. no conveniant shop, the resort is lying in city center, actually is 5km away from the city. using a fake account in facebook and in google map with a sheraton huahin resort to lie the resort is at beach front. very dark in the night time, i was only one room staying there, but the in Agoda booking show some rooms are sold out. worst is I call the phone number +66819718880, a lady reply the resort has a reception for check in, that is how she daring to lie. booking was highlighted pay at property, so i wany to pay at property, she answer can not, musy only pay by credicr card. Then she charge 3% added without my approval. i check around the resort was completely like abandon haunted resort. I even found a banner, the resort was up for sale. really desapoint

This is a ghost house, DO NOT stay here, they will overcharge from Agoda's advertising price.”
Bed sheet is ripped, towers are dirty, door can not be closed (the lock keeps unlock itself), the place is hunted, and on arrival, there's no reception, we waited 25min for someone who can not speak English and over charge us about 10% from Agoda's advertise price. Which when called Agoda, Agoda can not provide further assistance, Agoda only tell me they will look and investigate this case.... Do not come here.

Be careful!!! It said "pay at the property" but they charged 2 days from the credit card with 3% extra without any notice. We had to pay more than the price from agoda.

Die Lage ist schwierig da die Anlage nur mit einem Auto erreicht werden kann. Vor Ort wird einem kaum geholfen. WLAN geht nicht. Restaurant ist zu. Man kann nicht mal Wasser kaufen.

ทางผมจองห้องดีลักส์ขนาด4คนไว้แต่กลับได้ห้องสำหรับ2คนทั้งที่วันนั้นทั้งรีสอร์ทมีแค่ครอบครัวผมเท่านั้น ผมเข้าไปเช็คอินช้าเนื่องจากหมายกำหนดการคลาดเคลื่อนทำให้เมื่อไปถึงจึงไม่ได้ตรวจสอบรีบเข้าพักเนื่องจากดึกแล้ว มาพบตอนเช้าว่าห้องที่พักไม่ตรงตามที่จองไว้

ห้องราคากว่าสองพัน เหมือนสามร้อย 1. จองห้อง Triple room ไปถึง เป็นห้องเล็กๆมีเตียงเสริมมาวาง แคบมาก ไม่น่าจะเรียกว่า Triple room ได้ ไม่เหมือนในภาพ ต่างกันราวฟ้ากับเหว 2. อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เก่าแก่ ทรุดโทรม หมดสภาพ เช่น ฝักบัวเป็นฝักบัวถูกๆที่หมดสภาพแล้ว แทนที่น้ำจะออกด้านหน้า ด้านหน้าตันน้ำไม่ค่อยออก แต่รั่วแตกทั้งด้านหน้าด้านหลังด้านบน อาบน้ำตัวไม่ค่อยเปียกแต่เปียกทั้งห้องน้ำ 3. ไม่มีร้านอาหาร เหมือนข้อมูล และไม่มีร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ ต้องไปกินในประจวบ 4. ไม่มีพนักงาน มาถึงก็ติดต่อป้อมยาม แล้วเอากุณแจไปหาห้องเอง 5. ห้องสกปรกมาก เศษผมของคนที่พักก่อนยังอยู่บนโต๊ะ เปิดผ้าห่มมามีคราบเละๆ ต้องปิดผ้าห่มนอน ผ้าห่มเหม็นกลิ่นบุหรี่มาก เดาได้เลยว่าคนพักก่อนสูบุบหรี่บนที่นอนและโรงแรมไม่น่าจะเปลี่ยนผ้าต่างๆในห้อง นอนไม่ได้เลย 6. โรงแรมแจ้งขอเก็บเงินก่อน ตอนแรกนึกว่า จะเต็ม แล้วกลัวโดน cancel ที่ไหนได้ ไปถึงจริงๆ ว่างเพียบ คนแวะมาดูก็ไม่พัก แทบร้าง นี่ถ้าไม่ได้จ่ายไปก่อนคงไม่พัก รู้สึกเหมือนโดนหลอก 7. พนักงานแทบไม่เห็น และพื้นที่โดยรอบ ขาดการดูแลรักษา
