Hotel Staff really disappoints ”
Cleaning crew keeps the rooms spotless, but the customer service is garbage in the hotel and through their corporate number. Petty tendencies by the hotel Management stops a better crowd from supporting their business

Don't waste your money”
Upon arrival I was asked to put down a $50 deposit, despite having paid in full in advance. There was a bulb missing from one of the light fixtures, the towel hanger on the bathroom door was falling off, their was one tiny soap bar and one small shampoo bottle provided, despite it being a double room with two full beds. The sheets and spreads had been straightened, but it was obvious that the sheets were not freshly laundered. The noise from the freeway was terrible and went all through the night. The noise from the adjacent rooms was intolerable. I could hear the person in the next room peeing. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel.

If only they did rates for when you decide" hey this is a better hotel than expected. But only goes up on prices each day. And no kids channels, as if they want us to pay 15$ for PBS kids.

Talk about demeaning!”
First things first, I am my Wife had stayed here at the Hotel for over 3 months while our home had a complete makeover; I was woken up by my room phone this morning the person on the other end preseeded to inform me that we could no longer stay there on the property because of all things, the Manager said that I threw a cup on the ground and looked at him while I was supposedidly committing this Felony. I told Mike that you might have thought you saw that but you didn't see from across the Parking lot was me picking a McDonald's coffee Cup off my back Bumper and pouring the contents out before throwing the Cup away in my Trucks Trash Bag and told him that if he was so sure of what he saw he wouldn't have any problem going with me to my Truck so I could prove to him the Cup in question is in my Trash Bag. He just stared at me for a moment and said, I saw what I saw and that's was that. So I got to move 3 months worth of Stuff out of the Room in 45 minutes that's even talking to Guest Services. Poor service ”
Not only is the service bad there but there actually was no service for the TV or phone either, both were broken. The staff never informed us of this beforehand but acknowledged they knew it after I complained. Listing a room for a full price and then not giving them everything that would be included in a hotel room is shady business. The security door right outside of our room that was supposed to only be accessible with a hotel key was freely opened by anyone, no card necessary. The walls in the rooms were filthy. I wiped part of a smudge off with a Clorox wipe so it isn’t like the maid couldn’t do it. When everything was brought to the attention once again at checkout no apology was given and he said there was nothing he could do and that was straight from the manager’s mouth. The only thing he offered was a discount for the next visit!!! Yea right!! There will never ever be a next time there!

Bad location, not a safe neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe walking my dog. Hotel doesn’t even supply coffee pots, microwaves. Carpet filthy! The security door broken so anyone can enter. Smokers of all kind under window smoking (smoke free building? NOT!)running their motorcycles till 2 AM. If you like feeling safe and comfortable…stay away!

Was unable to stay did not have the 50 dollar deposit that was never mentioned and a sign stating the 50 dollar deposit hidden on the counter so therefore I paid for a room that I never was in very poor business practices on their part so I am now badmouthing them to everyone I know or meet
