    “Great red roof location ”

    Great customer service, the fastest check in. The GM and his staff are all friendly and welcoming, know how to treat their customers. One of the best customer service in Houston area for similar hotels. Also very quiet, safe and clean environment. Love it.

    “No refund apparently ”

    I was traveling from Out of town, I was having problems with my brakes.And tires I could not find a place .my phone was 5% charged with no charger. So therefore I could not make it. I meant the reservation online. So it was paid in advance while I called the hotel and explained to them and they said I could get a refund but yet I have yet to see anything to do with the refund in my statement even though they said they would, but it says the trip was completed. And apparently that's that.When is it okay to just keep somebody's money?Just because they had to cancel the reservation because life happens.Sometimes it doesn't make it OK to keep my money.Where is customer service anymore ? That's like Me going into their hotel getting a room and walking out with the t.V and some lamps. They don't like people doing that to them.So why is it okay to keep my money?It's almost the same thing That's the raising behind my bad rating

    “Good”

    The old lady is a crusty ol woman. They start knocking on your door way before check out time asking if your staying or checking out. The real tall guy, the muscle, is rude asf. They allow weed smoking throughout the property buy heaven forbid the booking site make a mistake and book room at wrong property and cause a delay in your room payment. Smh
