I read many comments about hotels in Macao n picked Galaxy cos' it's new and w good reviews! We stayed in 28/F and facing the pool view (should be up upgraded, as we requested for high floors). We really liked the spacious room and king bed :) the bath tub was comparatively small, but acceptable! Very good hygiene and free mini bar! We woke up a bit late the next mo...

although it doesn't look like a 5 star hotel from the outside, hotel royal deserves all 5 of them. super helpful staff, cosy and well furnished rooms, convinient location, nice breakfast - these are only a few of the good things about this hotel. when checked in we didn't like the view from the window, but no problem - we were moved to a new room immediately. there is...

the lisboa hotel in macao is a old hotel but stands still in 5 star shine. it is located directly beside the grand lisboa which is at the same time as well one of the biggest casinos in macao. the location is perfect. on macao race days you have the lisboa grand stand opposite of the hotel and the casino grand lisboa on the other side of the hotel. nice bars and club...

We stayed one night at the Parisian Macao. The queue for check-in was quite long but moved pretty fast. We got an upgrade to "Marseille Suite with Eiffel Tower View". The suite was huge with living area, 2 toilets, 6 seating diner and a private massage room! All amenities were luxurious and there were even 2 type of bathrobes for use. The TV behind the bathroom mirror ...

Hotel, room and facilities are quite good but abit downside on the breakfast buffet and shuttle busses, not like other hotel in Macao, limited shuttle bus destination making not so easy to go around Macao, the breakfast room abit small for the size of the hotel, queue expected on high seasons

we stayed for one night at the hard rock macao and was very impressed with by it. the rooms were spacious and it really had that classy feel that one would associate with a 5 star hotel. the hotel is also connected to a huge shopping mall and has its own casino. it is also within walking distance to a few other casinos such as the venetian macao. in addition, there...

My stay with my wife at the Harbourview Hotel is probably the best we ever had in Macao so far. The staff are very friendly like Jeffrey, Jed, Tim, Iris and all the others whose names are too many to mention. I would definitely recommend Harbourview Hotel Macao to my friends, relatives and colleagues back home. I am looking forward to my next visit in Macao and wil...

We have been in Macao many times but we haven't never been staying at Galaxy Hotel before. It's more than what we expect when staying in the hotel. It's very clean, nice, beautiful everywhere especially the room which is very brand new. We all loved this hotel so much and we believe we will come back again for the hotel when visiting Macao again next time.

5 minutes by the hotel shuttle from the macao outer harbour, there are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from early morning till late night, also near two portuguese restaurants, 7-11 and a 24-hour supermarket also within walking diatance. The bus to and from the senado square stops right at the back and in front of the hotel (4-5 stops drive). We booked 2 rooms, on...

This is new branded luxury hotel in macao. All abaout luxury and new first class hotel in Macao cotai central. Superb location in cotai central macao. Walking distance to venetian, city of dreams hard rock, crown macao. Free shuttle bus to airprt. Very like this sheraton macao hotel.

Big room, our room is even bigger than Hard Rock Hotel room (The newest hotel in Macao). Clean, quiet, comfortable and cheap. It's alsoo at the center of Macao City. Everything are within walking distance. The last hotel shuttle bus is 10pm. But can take shuttle bus from Star World or Wynn. Just need to cross the road. There are restaurants and mini mart nearby.

Like all hotels in Macao, the deco in the common areas are a little loud and over the top, but rooms are comfy. The downside of this hotel is that it's on the main Macao island, which is essentially pretty dead except for the St Paul ruins. All the action in now at Cotai. There isn't much food option in the hotel - they only have 1 restaurant. There isn't much food cho...

I arrived the hotel at 10am in the morning after i checked out from another hotel in Macao. I planned to deposit my luggages at lobby and continue my Macao exploring journey. What a surprise! Book here if you dont want to crowded places like in the cotai strip. They have shuttle buses going to the cotai strip, airport and barge terminal. I really recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Macau after a busy day having tours and sight seeing. There is no close convenience store but there is a local grocery store right after the tunnel.

got stuck in macao an extra night on a weekend. had to find a room last minute, this was actually the best and cheapest option, although way more than im accustomed to. great service from the van through my departure the next day. turn down service was nice with hot tea. fresh fruit in the room on arrival- seems to be a macao thing. all the top end stores- seems to be ...

The hotel is not as fancy as the new glittery 5* hotels BUT it is reasonably priced, the service was outstanding and it was clean, quiet and very comfortable. So if you just want a quiet comfortable clean room after all the glittery gaming in the fancy hotels, this is it. It is connected with a bridge 90 seconds walk to the galaxy complex and has its own free shuttles ...

Loved the environment and the hotel was clean and quiet. Popular attractions like the Venetian and Parisian Macao hotel were close by but within 10-15minutes walk. There were free shuttle buses provided by the hotel to the airport, ferry terminal or the Macau city which makes travelling around convenient. Overall experience with Grand Hyatt is great!

It exceeds my expectation, i went to macao with my family, we need a big room, so we chose here. This hotel is a little bit old, but the room is new, i feel comfortable to stay here. Bus stop next by the hotel, and it just need to take a small walk to the attractions, it's convenient. The Thai food restaurant next by the hotel is yummy. If the water pressure in the sh...

Three of my friends recommended that we stay in Hotel Sintra when they found out we were going to Macao. The check-in and check-out was fast, the receptionists are very polite and guest oriented, you can leave your luggage after check-out to continue the sightseeng. The hotel is located in a city center close to the main attractions Macao has to offer. The stay was short but very pleasant, thank you very much!

location is convenient. This hotel is new, room decoration was really nice. Room was big and a balcony. Shampoo, body soap kits was L'Occitane. macao hotel price increase significantly anywhere, especially during weekend and peak season. if you want to take a rest with a very reasonable price, grandview hotel must be your best choice. its location is very convenient to access to cotai, 10 mins walk to the most crowd cotai street. take 10 mins more walk, you can arrive the venetian, galaxy, city of dreams ...

Quite possibly the best value in Macao because the room is so luxurious and big. There is even a heated toilet. Clearly, money is no objection when it comes to comfort. However, the only complain i have is that the hotel actually charged your credit card when you summit it for deposit. Your credit is then held-up for two weeks. Then you have to check back with the ...

The stay at the hotel was very nice. I booked an executive room and was unaware that I could have gone straight up to the 16th floor to check in. The speedy checkout process in the business lounge was nice and fast. I was unable to find a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They appear to share a shuttle with another chain with Emperor labeled on the outside of ...

I usually travel alone, and a hotel is just a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. So I usually don't spend a lot on lodging. Victoria Hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is a bit north and out of the way, but it's great because I co...

Very good stay especially for families with young children. Resort is not as new as other hotels in Macao but at half the price, and no smoking gamblers or monstrous concrete structures around (like on the Cotai strip) it is a much lovelier option. Pool area is very pleasant as are the gardens and area around the outside of the resort.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the centre of the city centre, a minute's walk to the Lisboa Casino. Within walking distance to all the main sights and eateries. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. (The night receptionist guy might seem a bit gruff but he is actually nice.) The daytime receptionist and staff were really helpful with keeping ...

We had a great stay here, the hotel is new. It was very clean, good facilities and staff. It is actually just a walking distance to Senado Square so if you want to stay in the center of everything then it is the best hotel for you. Everything was convenient and perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. For my next visit in Macau I will...

The hotel could be accessed thru public transport system from the Macau ferry, strategically located. Just a few walks is the Ponte 16, ruins of Saint Paul, and other attractions Macau has to offer. The hotel was brand new, just a few days away from its opening so you could still smell the varnish and paints, wifi still being installed, but not a big problem. Food kios...

Luckily I could speak Mandarin - it really paid off during my stay in Macao. Also, good thing that they hired English, Mandarin speaking staffs at the reception counter but like us, they are also new to Macau City.. therefore, couldn't help us much. The old man was the most friendly and helpful while the mid-age ladies chatting at the reception area are the biggest tur...

We had an overnight stay only. We booked the 5 bed room. Priced at around USD 117. If you have internet, google maps is your friend. You can take the bus from the airport. If you like to live a little cheaper, we took the free Hotel Shuttlebus to Wynn Macau. The drop off is just in front of the President Hotel. There is a bus stop a few steps away. You can ask someone ...

Hotels in Macau are expensive. I booked it just a few days before i arrived in Macao, so luckily there was a discount of the price. That's why I chose the hotel. The hotel is small, on top of the Guia mountain, so it's very convenient if you have a habit of morning running and prefer a birdview of the whole city. The nearby area is a very good place for jogging lovers...

The standard single room which I stay for 5 nights is rather small, but the bed is large enough for myself and the cleanliness of the room is superb, fully equipped with amenities, kettle, hair dryer etc. They clean the room every morning Aircon works well and there's English Channel on tv that I can watch everyday. The drawer big enough to hang our clothes This hotel...

Staff are very helpful (especially Jenn) which makes stay better always in any hotel. Room is enough spacious, clean and comfortable. Value for Money - good place for budget friendly tour. The room is quite big. Also the shower room. This is actually our second stay here at the hotel. We enjoyed our first stay here last year so I did not hesitate to book here again. The hotel is so clean. Great for an overnight stay. Old, but clean. Big room (no windows). Nice staff. Great location I would say, there's plenty of places on the very street (restaurants, convenience store etc.), plus Macao isn't that big and everything else is kind of near (including the famous spot Ruins of St. Paul's which is within walking distance) or reachable by public transportation...

The hotel location is good but probably difficult to reach for travellers who have large luggage. There is a travelling system (moving walkway), very close to the hotel for travelling between the hotel and The Venetian Macao. My room is small. But it fits for one person. So it is a good choice for solo travellers. The staffs were helpful, some of them were not good at...

Only thing, I've found it may be a problem is the hotel locating at small road branch from the main street. I recommend you to print out the hotel name and address in Chinese and give it to the taxi and they'll know how to go there (majorities of taxi and Macao residents don't know the name in English--in fact, Protugese).

During my 4 days trip in Macau, I had to move among 4 different hotels due to the high booking rate around the Chinese new year. Holiday Inn overall gave me a pleasant experience. The staff in the check in counter were friendly and helpful. The room matches the 4+ star standard. Very close to many attractions: casinos, shopping malls, Dancing water show etc.

They have 2 hotels, one in macao (I slept here) and one in taipa island (new and close/opposite the venetian hotel and city of dream). Their shuttle bus only every 30 minutes from and to macao ferry terminal. Not located on main road, you should walk far away to Senado Square or Ruin of St. Paul Church.

Stayed 1 night in Golden Dragon. really good hotel and recommended. near to Fisherman's Wharf only 5 minutes across the bridge. have shuttle to Venetian if u walk 10 minutes to underground Sand's. this hotel also have shutte bus from Pier if u wanna wait. if u dont bring any luggage u can walk to the hotel from pier only takes 5 minutes. if I go to Macao again surely w...

Arguably best choice in Macao area. hotel is old, from 70 ties, but it is very charming and has a lot of character. It is located at the southern shore of Coloane at a small bay. 30 minutes walk along the coast to the Portuguese village. 5 minutes walk to the hiking trail leading up towards the peak. 70 HKD taxi or 6HKD bus can take you to the central Cotail casinos....

This is one of the few hotels in Macao without casino within the premises. Room is spacious and commands sea view. It is situated near a bus terminal, which makes it convenient for people who want to explore Macao by public transport. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food.

I have been looking forward to this MGM stay but i was a bit disappointed about this experience. The room seems to be smaller than I expected. It doesn't give a comfortable feeling as everything seems to be so tight and small, my bed was just next to the window.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Altira. We got a superb room overlooking the Macao Towers, bridge and waters. fantastic view. Also love the spa and gym facilities. The hotel is not too crowded which is exaxtly what we seek. Then, the service is excellent with the personalized butler for each floor. There is one drawback though. Thank you for your excellent hospitalit...

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay for our anniversary! It was my first time staying in Mandarin Oriental, Macau from 16 to 17 Aug 2015 and it was definitely a good choice.
