The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it ends pretty much there! Not worth the money, room or staff behaviour. the hotel is within walking distance to the Centre Norte convention centre, also next to the shopping mall. it is good for exhibitor / visitors for the convention centre. the only thing need to be improved is the breakfast with limited choices.

Good service, friendly staff,ok breakfast, I would recommend for the great location near all the new Itaim Bibi area where became one of the most frequented areas for the pretty young brazilian people...Also close to all the business places in the city of Sao Paulo

We were lucky and got upgraded from a standard room to a suite. Hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of historical Sao Paulo. Subway is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Taxi from the airport was BRL 110. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Bourbon Convention Center for business in Sao Paulo. The hotel was very nice from the lobby to the rooms. Excellent service on hotel needs as well as recommendations/service for out of hotel activities. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was included and very extensive.

Although expensive, this hotel is just two blocks from Avenida Paulista, the Financial heart of Sao Paulo. You will also find several restaurants within walking distance and there is also a Metro station just 3-4 minutes away.

Be sure to verify changes upon checking out. This was my second time stay at this hotel and both times there were snacks, breakfast, and miscellaneous charges to my room that I did not consume or make.

Highly recommend if you end up in terminal 3 for your connecting flight wise choice way too easy, hotel staff great. .dinner and breakfast included great room, this is the only credible best option. ..worth the money and allowed a break for the 14 hours flight on Korean air next morning. ..

The room was new (or renovated), clean and very wide. Staff who speaks English in the restaurant was only one. If you speak Portuguese it is better to communicate staffs. However, front staffs and someone speak English. So, it is not so inconvenient. Room making is also perfect. I paid 236 Real for one day, breakfast and wifi included. Considering its location, two block to Av Paulista, across hotel Renaissance, it is a good priced hotel. There are many restaurants in walking distance.

I stayed in Sao Paulo for the World cup and found it to be a very interesting city with loads to see. The hotel had inflated its prices like all the other hotels. The hotel is clean and the reception was friendly and spoke decent english. Im sure next time it would be cheaper. Overall a good location to explore the city and a metro station is 10 minutes away.

Close to shopping center & a few steps away from Metro (Train station), which connect you to all Sao paulo

I was in Sao Paulo to visit my girlfriend for four days and had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and great size. The staff provided excellent service and provided any assistance we needed. Great breakfast every morning, buffet style. I never had to worry about anything during my stay. It was a great experience, great room, great service.

The hotel is fairly new and the staff are good. Breakfast was great and good price. The problem is the hotel is not being clean correctly. The hallway on our floor was dirty and the bathroom wall was also dirty. Has good access to the beach and very nice walk to get there.

The hotel was near everything in the Jardins, one of the nicest neighboorhood in Sao Paulo. The breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful. It meet my expectations and I will recommend. Everything in walking distance. No car was needed. Area was safe and we found everything around.

A standard hotel not too close to the restaurants, but useful for visitors to the university or companies in Campinas. You need transport to get anywhere. The rooms are standard but clean, the breakfast is around a pool and good, the staff is friendly.

The hotel is well located, though it really lacks a lot. It is decorated like you are back in the 70s, there is NO room service after 10pm and the worst part is that it really doesn't have a proper internet service option, making it very difficult to work. Most times people have to bring their laptops to the lobby if they want to access the internet. I will never stay...

We just stayed there for a night as tomorrow have early morning flight to catch. You have to pay 5 riyal upon checkout for the airport transfer but is fine as the taxi price in sao paulo is quite pricey.
