It was quiet place next to the beach with a gorgeous view as our room window faced the sea and the room was so big even though it was studio unit. There was sightseeing spot and fancy/local restaurant nearby. Love it! Will definitely go back again!

THE VIEW”
The view from this place is amazing, peaceful. Building is a bit ran down but the rooms have been refurbished and very very comfortable. Very economical however a little outside of town, so you would need transport. Great value for money, great to relax.

Good view but so the hotel looks very old ”
We were there for a night. The hotel is located on Sammuk hil so that they have a beautiful sea view but it's quite scary because of the hotel very old.

Amazing view but ....”
Super hard bed and owner left her dog on the balcony barking all night, so we really didn't sleep. Also had a visit on our 7th floor balcony by a monkey from the nearby temple.

Large room with great view in neglected condo!”
It is exactly what I expected from old condo .. no more no less. I guess, the right price for this place would be something below 1000. The view is good, the place is quiet, the beach as well as condo is neglected. The hit water heater did not work well so, it is very unlikely you enjoy a buthtub. The place is quiet however, the condo built without soundproofing thus, in case your neighbors are having party you will be in trouble.

Look old outside but got everything inside”
Worth for money. The building is old but the room is renovated good enough. spacious, peaceful with sea view balcony. A bit weird that bathroom has the mirror-window on the side connected to outside so you can see the hallway if leave the curtain open. The light from hallway also slightly gets through the bathroom to inside the room. Can ask for delay check-out and got charged 100 Baht/hour

Near Lamtaen and restaurants”
We went to stay for the New Year eve, the location of the hotel was quite ok with many restaurants surrounding but the building was very old and looked scary. Surprisingly, the room was very good, quiet and got all basic facilities in the room. Recommended if you just want to stay at the hotel for sleeping.

This hotel is located on the beach. Can't swim but very nice view. Price is cheap so do not expect the great service from the staff. Room is clean. Worth for money.

Resort is a little bit old but our room was renewed, clean and comfortable. Piscine is nice and clean Restaurant at walking distance Ang Bangsaen beach at 5 min driving

Not a real hotel ”
It’s a condominium with some units open for rent, not a hotel. The building is quite old and rundown, as is the room itself and the furniture. The room is spacious and kept clean, though. Tv is not working at all. No hairdryer. No shower curtain, so the bathroom floor gets wet all over after taking shower. There are microwave oven and electric kettle provided. Balcony offers full ocean view. This place is a little further away from the beach, so private transportation is needed to access. No convenience store nearby. Relatively quiet, good for relaxation. Plenty of parking indoor.

Air con did not in good order, not make the room cool at all. Overall atmosphere was so haunted, very old and like no one here for very long time. Not sure this hotel should be put in Agoda or not. If you don't have very strong mind, you will not drive to this hotel in the night for sure. I arrived there very late night and so tired, so I just try and went through the night. Understood, why the sea view / big balcony / bathtub / big room, but very low price compare to the same type with other hotels.
