This time, the check-in took a bit too long, almost an hour. However, the room was newly renovated, with a very cool air conditioning system and a beautiful view. It was a shame that we couldn't stay longer because it was raining heavily. The bathroom was clean and well-decorated, but there was no door, which was a bit strange. The food was good, and the service was excellent. One amazing thing for our family on the trip to Koh Chang was the steep and winding road up the mountain. If you're driving a sedan, you need to be careful. Other than that, there were no issues.

I am impressed every time I go there. The restaurant staff, cleaning staff, uncle, and golf cart driver take good care of us and fulfill our requests. The food is delicious and there are many activities to do. However, on the day of check-in, we had to wait a bit because the previous guests checked out late. The resort should manage this better or offer some other discount to compensate for the inconvenience caused to customers who have to wait for up to 2 hours to enter the room.

The accommodation overall is very good. The view is beautiful and it is located by the sea, which is quite private. It is also possible to bring a large dog. However, the bathroom is a bit cramped due to the bamboo decoration. If you get a room at the back of the hill, it is recommended to turn off the lights at night because there are quite a few monkeys and they may be disturbed by something falling from the trees all night long, as well as the wandering dogs. But after turning off the lights and storing the drying clothes in front of the room, the dog slept soundly and hardly anything fell on the roof.

This hotel is stunning, we stayed on the beachfront rooms and it’s just beautiful. Breakfast was good, room was very clean (we had an issue with ants and the staff took care of it immediately). Be careful with leaving stuff outside as the monkeys can come and steal it! Food was good with reasonable prices (starting at 100 bhat). You can rent a kayak for 150 per hour, it’s fun! It’s also possible to reach Kae Bay beach by walking on the beach when the tide is low (afternoon and forward), it takes about 20 minutes. Taxi costs about 100/150 bhat per person.
